37-year-old Guadalupe Gutierrez is yet another illegal immigrant doing a job that Americans just won’t do.

After entering the country illegally, Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez, set out to make himself a new life - and he chose a 10-year-old girl to make himself a new life with.  On the 28th of April, 2008, a 10-year-old girl in eastern Idaho gave birth to a six-pound baby girl by cesarean section at  Madison Memorial Hospital - a hospital which prides itself on being “progressive but caring.”

Whilst  this girl was 10 when she gave birth; she was  actually 9 when she became pregnant with Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez’ child -which makes Guadalupe Gutierrez a sick bastard. 

Perhaps Gutierrez-Juarez thought to celebrate his mexican culture - Ie, A charming Mexican  custom and tradition that is referred to as "rapto" - wherein, it is socially [and legally] acceptable for a man of any age to abduct and rape a female of any age as long as he intends to marry her.  That is right.  Mexican men are allowed to kidnap and rape females.  Take, for instance, the town of Oaxaca - where the Mexican government continues to view "rapto" as a minor crime - One Mexican legislator even referred this horrid practise as "romantic". 

Perhaps the rapist-kidnapper, Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez figured that not only was he was doing the right thing by his pre-teen bride; he was also a great romantic.

Since the influx of mexican and other South Americans to America, the rape statistics [particularly amongst young girls and women] has risen to reflect this barbaric attitude.   It's no longer surprising, though always revolting, to learn from the news of yet another disgustingly shocking attack on Whiite American mores and values - In August, 2005, illegal immigrant Jose Ramirez [from El Salvador] was charged with the violent rape and beating of a 15 year old girl whom refused to respond when he whistled at her [Roh,2005] -- such primitive behaviour stems directly from the homeland culture.  For instance, Mexico, El Salvador and Guatemala have had a string of brutal; unsolved murders which include young females abducted, raped and then cut apart - local authorities have found body parts, including heads, scattered around the city streets and countryside.  In one instance, and in Mexico, two female heads were deposited right in front of a local police station, blood still oozing from the severed heads.  Gangs, drug dealers, are suspected in these rape-killings- which are written off as part of the 'cultural landscape'

Regardless of dominant cultural mores, apparently this little 9-year-old girl had a medical condition that made her hit puberty somwhat earlier than usual, and this, in turn made the child irresistable to illegal immigrants such as Guadalupe Gutierrez.  Adding to the problem was the fact that the girl was obese; apparently her obesity prevented those close to her, school teachers, parents, family members, neighbours,ect  from noticing that she was pregnant.

At some point in every girl’s pregnancy, however, people are going to notice - usually before the baby is hanging upside down from between the girl’s legs, waving at everyone in the room and screaming for some of  mom’s milk.

Once medical personnel noticed that this girl was indeed pregnant, the police were called -

Interviews were done; and, on the same day - after police had managed to stop shaking their heads in disbelief, was found and arrested.

Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez has been charged with one count of rape. If found guilty, Mr. Gutierrez could be given a sentence of life in prison and a $50,000 fine that he will never, ever pay.

I think Gutierrez, the girl's family and the girl herself; including her baby need to be sent back, deported to whatever South American paradise spawned them.
