| So I'm really stoked that I am getting my motivation to lose weight back!!
I bought a FITNESS magazine and it has it's oh so inspirational stories in it so it kinda kicked me into gear...plus standing on the scale in the morning and weighing more than I ever have made me decide to take a stand

I play intramural football for my sorority...so that's some cardio, plus Michael and I are planning on working out tonight!!! Despite my sprained ankle!!! =)
Being in college and all we have a kick ass gym with some interesting classes that I really wanna get involved in...the boyfriend has been going to yoga with me!
Some of my friends want to lose too so hopefully they will be by my side trying to do the same thing as me!! Plus all of these super skinny hot girls in my sorority...and I feel like an elephant...haha...they totally had to have loved me because of my personality, definitely not for my looks!
TIPS
Make a point of doing "mini" workouts throughout the day—stretching, parking far away from the store, taking the stairs, lifting more grocery bags, etc.
Weigh yourself often. It is much easier to lose five pounds than to lose 50!
I have found that if I spend an extra long time brushing and flossing my teeth I am less likely to eat and spoil that nice clean feeling!
