I put in my two week notice yesterday! I will miss my boss and a few other people,,,,, and thats about it.

No more nights and weekends

No more wondering how well my commission is going to be....

No more switching shifts to be able to take time off.....

did I mention, NO MORE NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS?

I have accepted an AWESOME offer from a law office downtown Dallas. I know the comute will be a pain in the butt.....the pay makes up for it though, the pay and the environment! I am super excited and super nervous all in one!

This means I get to go shopping though because I dont have enough business clothes!  (Excited X's 2!!!) Hope it all goes well. Will update soon

Our Family is Getting Bigger!

No, not a baby...

A PUPPY!!!!!!!

Anthony brought home the most ADORABLE puppy ever. He is 1/2 Lab and 1/2 J.Russell. I wasnt to impressed with the choice of mixes but he walked in the door with him and I fell in love, again. His name is Dodge. And thank goodness for a new house coming soon with a large back yard. Because unlike Lucy (all of 8 lbs) I think Dodge will get to be a decent size.

So now we have a very excited dog, Lucy... (she loves to play with Dodge) and a seriously PISSED off cat!

Hopefully we will be in our new home by thanksgiving. But the way my luck runs, we will probably be moving during thanksgiving. hehe.

Our Very Funny God!

I AM SURE THAT MOST OF YOU TEXANS HAVE PRAYED FOR RAIN WITHIN THE PAST FEW MONTHS CONSIDERING THE 40 SOME ODD DAYS WE HAVE BEEN IN THE TRIPLE DIGITS WITH THE THEM.    WELL GOD ANSWERS PRAYERS. LOL.

ANTHONY AND I WOKE UP ON SUNDAY MORNING AND DECIDED TO GO CAMPING SUNDAY EVENING AFTER I GOT OFF FROM WORK. GREAT IDEA RIGHT.

IT STARTED RAINING AT ABOUT 4AM. WHICH WAS FINE, THIS WAS THE WHOLE REASON WE SPENT THE EXTRA MONEY ON THE BIGGER, BETTER TENT. SO NOT TO GET WET IF IT RAINED.....

IT CONTINUED TO RAIN...

AND CONTINUED TO RAIN....

SO AT ABOUT 10 WE DECIDED THAT IT WAS PRETTY MUCH SET IN FOR THE DAY AND WE BETTER SUCK IT UP AND GET THE CAR LOADED UP.

WELL THE SIGHT WHERE WE STAYED WAS NOTHING BUT DIRT, WHICH WASNT A PROBLEM UNTIL AFTER ABOUT 6 HOURS OF STEADY RAINFALL. (THANKS GOD) NOW WE HAD RAIN AND MUD! AND OUR LITTLE WHITE DOG WITH US!

BY THE TIME WE FINISHED WE WERE SOPPING WET, AGGRIVATED WITH EVERYTHING AND BLACK FROM THE WASTE DOWN. WE GOT INTO THE CAR AND HAD NO OTHER CHOICE THAN TO LAUGH AT THE WHOLE SITUATION. BECAUSE, IT WAS HILARIOUS. SO THANKS GOD FOR THE LAUGH. WE ALL NEED A LAUGH EVERY NOW AND THEN. BUT I FINALLY GOT MY CAMPING TRIP AND THE RAIN. LOL. I WISH WE HAD TAKEN THE CAMARA.
