| re-failure..so yesterday did not go as planned... i probably ended up with around 1200 calories, although actually counting it up would cause me to be suicidal, so ill just leave it with the guesstimate.
I'm at work right now and I brought my sister who is in the pool with her friend and her friends little sister. Hopefully and likely they will be the only ones here all day. I'm about to get in and join them and burn some calories.
So of course due to my failure yesterday I am back at 128.8 this morning. I WILL do better today or I won't be allowed to eat at all tomorrow. hah.
today - meal 1 - oatmeal - 75 meal 2 - a few cheddar flipsides + 2 eggwhites + a few wheatthins + a bit of yogurt = 186 total so far - 261
later I have 2 hour swim practice and I think after that my boyfriend wants to take me to see the black night or whatever that batman movie is..
i'm a little sad about my mess up. the prospect of being under 125 by monday was lookin good but now its just kindof a blur. hopefully ill do well tomorrow and sunday, the weekends are always bad for me.. |

one of my good friends' uncles passed away on sunday so they are having a viewing today, her two youngest siblings have day camp at the art gallery in town so im baby sitting for like four hours.. i hate kids but these guys are okay, i can deal with them. theyre like 11 and 7.. so its fine..
today so far: meal 1 - oatmeal - 75 **planned** meal 2 - 2 egg whites (34) + jello (5) - 39 meal 3 - power bar - 190
and then swim practice later..

| at last..So yesterday I finally, after about a month of struggling to do so, I regained some of my self control and had a binge-free relatively low cal day. super excited. This excitement was only topped by the fact then when I got up this morning and weighed i was 128.8. thats right, back under 130 at lasttttt. Man, inpatient really messed me up. I mean, before a month would have lost me between five and ten pounds. Now I just struggled for a month just to be able to get the control to loose at all. But at least I have it now!
yesterday - meal 1 - 1/2 cup oatmeal - 75 meal 2 - 1/8 cup honey bunches of oats (15) 20 grapes (40) - 55 meal 3 - zone bar - 190 meal 4 - salad with roasted chicken and homemade dressing - 150 meal 5 - 5 pretzel sticks (10) + 2 marshmellows (50) + 10 cherries (20) - 80 total - 550
and then an hour of swimming which was roughly sevenhundred something, plus two hours of just for fun swimming before that...
so two days ago i found this bracelet online that I adore:
but its thirty bucks and i cant buy stuff online anyway so i got some model magic and made my own.. they look identical.. im so proud of myself. and of course i made a ton of other stuff too.. bacon and egg earings, toast, celery and carrot, olive earrings, sushi earrings, watermelons.. a ton..
so today so far- meal 1 - oatmeal - 75 meal 2 - ten cherries (20) + yogurt (60) + 2 hardboiled (34) - 114 Meal 3 - protein bar - 190 Meal 4 - 5 fries - 25? Total-414 im sortof inventing my own diet where i only eat fresh/unprocessed foods and powerbars. yeahh.. working out so far.. |

| Vacation Day OneSo we left for the ocean today, i did pretty well.. breakfast - oatmeal - 75 lunch - chickfilla charbroiled chicken garden salad w/ light italian - 210 dinner - ?
yeah i thought that was amazing for fast food.. and 23 grams of proteins.. wow..
as far as output we walked around the mall and will probably swim and boardwalk later..
