ok. so i know this wont apply to anyone or anything.. but, can you help me? ok there is this boy i have a crush on. we went out before but broke-up after 3 days because we hadn't known each other for over a week. its been 3 months now, and we are really good friends. here is a part of a convo from earlier today just to show you a little bit of how we are with each other, its a pretty typical convo for us.. his name is NATE. but, what i need help with is, i am thinking about asking him out..but i cant quite decide weather i think he likes me again or not..and im not sure how to ask him out.. please help

To answer your first question, of course I can help you it's what I'm here for darling. So it sounds to me that you and Nate are pretty close and he seems like a really nice guy. The key to a situation like this is to play it cool. It sounds to me like he likes you but doesn't want to admit it in case you don't like him back. It's a typical scenario that the male species tends to avoid. Try to observe, very inconspicuously of course, how he acts around you compared to how he acts around other girls if you're having second thoughts about asking him out. I think you're doing well at dropping subtly hints. But remember dear he is male so you'll probably have to spell it out for him. All in all I say go for it. Wow that's some problem you have on your hands. I can understand this situation perfectly because I've been in one just like it recently. But let me tell you, do not handle it the way I did. I lost that friendly completely to the point where we're nearly enemies now. You really just have to think about what's more important to you; you're friendship with him or how much you really want to be with him. I think this also depends on how he acts towards you. Is he still nice and friendly to you even though he's dating other girls or is he subtly rubbing it in your face? Also if you think he knows that you like him isn't there a chance he just might like you back? Tons of guys try to make girls jealous by dating other girls. (It usually works.) I would start by trying to talk to him again, try to get back to the point where you were good friends and try to work up the courage to ask him out yourself. The worst he can do is say no, which isn't nearly as bad as pining over him without him knowing. But if you want to get over him then try hanging out with other friends and look for other amazing guys because you know what they say about all the fish in the sea. I don't know how old you are but I'm going to guess you're younger than thirty so I'm going to say you're to young to find "the one" so try no to stress about this guy too much. Relax, have fun and party while you still can.
