it seems like xanga is over, but my mema and papa read it so i will keep updating just for them so they know what's going on in my life...

i worked SO much this week...today i had 4 kids to watch at the Neels cause Cooper and Sydney both had little friends over...beating on my life... and tonight we have welcome night for the new 7th graders at church so there's no time for a nap! i am scrunching my hair even as i type...it is on a messy bun on top of my head...i look like Mulan...it is quite lovely...

WE HAVE A NEW PASTOR!! God is so good...i am massively jazzed about "brother skaggs" ( i refuse to call him brother tim cause tim heinze is my brother tim) being our new pastor...a-mazing!

we played Phase 10 at tim and daniel's last night...last time we played i won..i beat daniel and logan...but last night i got whooped...4th place out of four...sad day lol

we were gonna play Mexican Train over there one night but then tim and daniels took my Mexican Train dominos hostage to hold down something on their tv so the reception would be clear...cough ghetto cough lol...

after work today i ran ( actually i drove lol) to Walmart to get some things...my car air conditioner is broken and it is definately like 105 degrees outside at least so it pretty much killed my soul...all these people drove by me with their windows rolled up and they looked so happy...darn stuck up people with their fancy air conditioned cars...

ok, that's all i got..i love you mema and papa and i can't wait to see ya'll in a few weeks!

i have officially survived the 24 hour stomach flu! ugh...the neel kids both had it at the end of last week so i am not suprised that i got it, it just hit me like a ton of bricks...i woke up real nauseaus on wednesday morning but i went to the neels anyways...it didnt work out to well lol cause i was real sick by lunch time...but i didnt go to work today and i am feeling lots better..just a little tired...

this week has gone real well considering i really wanted to be at Sondays camp...its really ok though cause i have gotten alot of hours at work and i have been hanging out with friends and doing alot of reading! alexa and jordan and i hung out on sunday and then "the girls" (victoria, michelle, julie, emily s. and me) hung out on monday and mom and i watched the notebook on tuesday! it has been great! i am working on the books that tim loaned me now..i finished "for women only" on saturday and i finished "the da vinci code" this morning and now i'm working my way through "redeeming love"...they have all been great...even "the da vinci code"...i wasnt sure if i was going to like it but i really did...i dont believe a word of it, but i still liked it : )

jo dee messina concert on saturday in fort worth! amazing! and we are even spending the night there after the concert! we are such big kids! i am way too excited about it...the only bad thing is that i thought that the concert was friday but it is definately saturday so i told the girls that i have to be back for church on sunday so we have to leave REALLY early sunday morning to make it back in time and i have to help drive! ugh...pray for our safety...seriously...

i made orange kool aid a little while ago...amazing...

sometimes, when i babysit at the neels, we play hide and seek outside and it is really funny...when i am counting sydney (she's 4) will run and hide but cooper (he's 2) will just stand in the middle of the yard with his hands over his eyes and he thinks i cant see him...it is way too cute...

i have a bad feeling that xanga is dying right in front of my eyes, but i'll update anyways...

we went to see Superman Returns last night...it was real good and guess what? i, emily tittle, stayed awake through the WHOLE MOVIE...even though it didn't start till like 1030! amen to that...

i really want to get a myspace..i might do that with my HPU email once i get it...

my new favorite drink is diet sprite zero...no calories, no carbs, no sugar, no caffeine, just a can full of awesome-ness...i drank like 3 yesterday and i almost never drink soda

project sweat was last week...it was a-mazing! we painted and roofed, painted some more, and put up "trim" over the "siding" (those are my new construction words). trivia: did you know that siding is actually processed wood laminated together? how bout that...fun stuff...

my full time "nannying" starts on wednesday....good for the money, but sad that i will be working ALOT...but the money is a blessing cause i will need it next semester at college..

sometimes i wonder if i am too much of a pushover...like i let people run right over me without any sort of an explanation. i don't like confrontation, but that doesn't mean i should let people treat me like dirt...i've been thinking about that lately

well, i'm gonna go house-sit...which means that i am going to feed some cats and then watch tv for a couple of hours at the house i'm watching...i am such a hard worker : )

SUPER SUMMER WAS AMAZING!

i did miss pine cove this week, but it was really ok cause super summer was SO much fun!!

the food was awful and my dorm was gross, but jon randals (that speaker) was real good! lol

i made lots of new friends...i will be posting pictures of them on my facebook soon...

ashley: my roomie and lots of fun...i think we sort of got sick of each other after awhile but it was still fun

blaire: she's homeschooled and we like the exact same books and she did the no-dating thing too!

jake: he was in my family group and a player...but he was still nice

ryan: a new friend from pittsburg texas! funnnytown! (that's where daniel and ricky and hailey and all them are from)

corbin: a new hpu friend! he'll be a freshman in the fall...sting 'em jackets!

luke: my team leader "uncle" lol...he was really nice until he rubbed mustard all over my face at lunch on day...lol

brianna: she was in my family group and whenever she would wink at people her whole face would twitch..it was real funny

there were lots of other people too, but i don't have time to write them all down! God taught me SO much this week...i during my quiet time i went through James (pretty much my favorite book of the bible) and that was amazing as always...and jon randals just spit out truth after truth after truth...i took pages and pages of notes...

in the khaki school (but we wore pink lol) our theme was khaki boot camp and my family group was the marines...we wore camo and saluted and sang the lord's army song..it was great fun...

great week, but i am exhausted...and glad to be home...i missed my friends and family...

tomorrow is father's day...has emily gotten anything yet? nope...oops : ) i'd better get on that...

i leave for Super Summer on monday and i am real excited...i am really nervous too, but i am more excited than nervous...i think it is cool that i will get to meet all new people...even my roomate will be someone i dont know...i love to make new friends!

mom and i have spent all morning writing thank you notes and getting ready for super summer...i fixed this pink tshirt for rec...it was like a large but i sewed it up so it fits me now lol...and i cut off these really ugly pink pants into shorts hehe..i am just kinda afraid since i've never gone before that i am going to be missing something that nobody else has...o well, i cant worry about it...i am still excited!!

i am doing my laundry right now...i am such a big girl!!

my mema and papa left today...that makes me sad...but we are going to missouri in august so we'll get to see them then...

i am kinda frustrated, tired, and sick of routine right now so i am very glad to be going to camp!! : )

ok, i have to pack and go to walmart and stuff so i gotta go, but i will miss you guys this week!

wow, guys, thanks for all the comments on my xanga while i was gone lol...

FUN THINGS ABOUT CANCUN:

1) swimming with dolphins!!!!

2) raul, salomon, and isaac...new friends! they were our waiters and tried to teach me more spanish lol

3) being called "senorita"...that never got old : )

4) laying on the beach, then going to the pool, then to the other pool, and then back to the other pool all day...

5) smiling real big at the stern faced security guard and having him smile back

6) seeing a sea lion climb out of the pool and walk down the sidewalk

NOT FUN THINGS ABOUT CANCUN:

1) seeing a very old man in a very small yellow thong swimsuit

2) seeing another man in a rainbow striped speedo

3) the flight attendant thinking i was 15 on the flight back home

4) getting caught in the undertow in the ocean and having a wave slam me (very ungracefully) up onto shore, head over heels

5) one more thing that i cant post on the internet...ask me about my last night in cancun...

ok, i have been tagged twice....first by the beautiful caty skinner and second by the amazing tim heinze lol so here i go....facts about me:

1) i love cheddar munchies with all my heart, second only to Jesus : )

2) i feel younger than other people my own age sometimes (and that darn fllight attendant who asked if i was 15 didnt help much either lol)

3) all my emotions always show on my face, no matter how hard i try to hide them

4) i wish i had blue eyes

5) i drive like a maniac!! (but everybody knows that lol)

6) i have a soft spot in my heart for animals and kids (i met two little girls in cancun, trinity (4 years old) and emily (2 years old) and we played in the pool together...they were so cute!)

7) christmas is my favorite holiday ever!!! i start playing my christmas cd around halloween lol

8) i love to give people presents...not necessarily as birthday gifts or anything but just little things that i think people might like or will make them smile...

I HAVE GRADUATED!!!

i'm no longer a senior...i'm no longer in high school...amazing!

graduation was real fun...my speech was real short but it was still fun and i had great red shoes...fun times...

i called china yesterday...i had a new voice message last night and it was daniel calling from china to wish me and isaac happy graduation and tell us he was praying for us...so i hit redial and called china! lol...i only talked to him for about 30 seconds but it was still cool...

my relatives are in town for graduation and i am loving it! eddie and elaine even came in and that was fun to get to see them...my cousin olivia is here..she's about 2 i think but she is so cute!!! she has big blue eyes and she knows who i am...cute kid...

ok, victoria is coming to get me for project graduation pretty soon (i am real jazzed about it) so i am gonna go see if i can win me a tv! fun times!

ok, back from project graduation..it was real fun..i went in the cash cube twice and won 49 dollars total! yea! also, i cheated at blackjack when tom munson was the dealer lol : ) and it was realy fun...and then there were these inflatables and one was an obstacle course and i must have run it about 50 times...so fun!

the only not fun part was the end lol...i stayed till five in the morning so my name could be drawn for prizes...matt won 100 dollars, victoria won 25 dollars, isaac won 50, alyssa won 50, and emily savell won 150...and what did i win? me, salutatorian and daughter of woman who was on committee for project graduation? i won a screwdriver.....i feel very bad for me...

but we are leaving for cancun on monday and won't be back til friday so that makes it a little better lol...i am going to lay on the beach for a week! yea!

so, i'm reading this book called "the ishbane conspiracy"...it is a novel...an amazing novel....it is about four teenagers and their lives and at the end of each chapter there is a letter between the demons that are assigned to them...it is crazy...this is one thing that the novel talks about that i thought was interesting:

What tolerance SHOULD mean: accepting others without agreeing with their beliefs and lifestyle choices

What WE THINK tolerance means: accepting that every individual's beliefs, values, lifestyles and truth claims are equal

What "right" SHOULD mean: that everyone should be treated justly under the law

What WE THINK "right" means: everyone should be able to do what they believe is best for them

What truth SHOULD mean: an objective standard of right and wrong

What WE THINK truth means: whatever is right for you

this book makes me think...alot...it has even got me to thinking about my movie, tv, and music choices...sometimes i forget that the bible tells us to think ONLY about "whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is true...think on these things"...hmm...it is just food for thought...

anyways...we graduate on friday! yea! yea! yea! i am supposed to turn my speech in tomorrow and i haven't written it yet...oops...i will do it today sometime...

the mavs won game seven last night...we watched it over at trevor's house...pevehouse and i are fair weather fans lol...we rooted for the mavs until the spurs took the lead with 30 seconds to go in the 4th quarter and then we started rooting for the spurs until the mavs got ahead in overtime and then we rooted for the mavs again lol...and my team won! yea! : )

season finale of american idol is this week...i think taylor is gonna win it but i really hope that katherine does...i'm a mcfan! i've still got the mcpheever!!

i love summer so so so much...

i voted for the first time yesterday...it was pretty amazing...i have been such a good citizen lately : )

this morning was our senior breakfast for sunday school...i forgot it was today cause when they announced it last week i was asleep and drooling on the table because i had been up all night for prom...so this morning i walk into the kitchen in a towel (and my hair was still wet from my shower) and i see mail for me from church...i opened it and it said "dont forget our senior breakfast this sunday at 9 am!" then i looked at the clock...it was 855...i'm not even lying...i was just like "MOM!!!!" and then i got ready really really really really fast to make it there...it was fun...

i have been working on two speeches...i have to give a speech tomorrow night for the national junior honor society inductions at the middle school..i remember when i was in 7th grade and becca bradshaw spoke at our njhs induction...crazy....and i have to finish my salutatorian speech...mr (un)faircloth has to check our speeches before graduation just in case we decide to be sneaky *muah* (that is my evil laugh) lol

tonight is the season finale of survivor and danielle won immunity even though she has been worthless and hasn't won anything for the whole time and she voted terri out of the tribe! he is the only one who deserves the million dollars too...she is now my least favorite person in the whole world...so she and aras (who is really hot) are going to the final two to win the million dollars..i swear, some people are just idiots.......ok, the show just went off and aras won the million dollars...that is ok i guess...but terri really deserved it...

tim left this afternoon to go home but he will be back next week for vespers and he will be here for graduation....good brother

daniel left for china today and he is going to miss graduation cause he will be eating rice and witnessing to people about God....bad brother

12 days left as high schoolers....aaahhhhhh!

i witnessed a car wreck yesterday...i was sitting at the light by doc's drugstore, on 377 when this black truck beside me ran the light to turn left and slammed into this white truck...it hit the passenger side of the white truck and ripped the door off...i called 911 and when the police got there they took my statement...it was really scary but thankfully nobody was hurt so that is good...

i wore my black high heels to school yesterday and i did alot of walking and i guess my poor heels just weren't up to the challenge cause when i came home from school i walked into my house and one of my heels snapped clean off...my feet flew out from under me and i landed on my rear...hehe...i'm glad nobody saw it...

after american idol last night i voted for katharine mcphee for like an hour...i called in over and over and i think i voted for her over 50 times...i've got the mcpheever! : )
