wt:155 (did say 156.4 this morning then after working out 155)-still kinda on monthly thing-don't know why.
I did three in a half workout videos-turbo jam. I felt so fat i even video taped myself just to see how fat i really am...believe me you should be happy i'm not putting it on here,so sick but i think i'm going to keep it on my cam for when i feel like eating bad food just look at my huge tummy & thighs & i'll think twice. Doesn't look like i'll get the abs/flat tummy or smaller thighs that i want this summer but next summer is looking pretty good.
I know 27 lbs. is alot for Sept. really all i want is to lose weight,doesn't matter how much as long as it comes off. I'm sick of looking like this. Anywhere out of the 150's would be a good start.Intake/ww points:25 points this week:cereal-2pts. 110 cals.milk-1pt. 55 cals.
