  ok it's one of those random posts. once I blog, I just can't stop! hehe..

was just thinking about the question ..

If I was given the chance to change course from medicine what would I do?

yup you guessed it. i'll be baking my heart out - cupcakes, bread, cakes.. oh and decorating them!

sigh.. why did I choose medicine.. haha no lar, medicine's fun too just that well sometimes I wish I went into the baking line..explore my "artistic" side.. aww! I wanna go to baking school! hehe.. ok this is so random.

random point #2 : I feel like baking now and it's 4:!2am! but thanks to the stupid oven which broke down on tuesday....................................................................................................................... yeah, not able to do any baking..gee...

ok i better go before I keep on making random notes. hehe

well now that Beginnings, Growth and Development A is done... I am freee! at least till 20th July! ;)

a little update on what's been happening although I've been nerding, project-ing, and assignment-ing 99% of the time. haha.

31st May - the housemate for the 2nd year turns 21!

it was a day long celebration. trust me. since 12am - 12noon. non-stop. only had 2 hours of sleep but it was worth it! ;)

guess who's back.

okay, it's two weeks before exam and i'm actually taking time off to blog?!
saturdays and sundays are the worst days for studying eventhough there's a small feeling of guilt, i can't be bothered. terrible. 2nd year into med and i'm turning into a slacker! oh well. hehe. :)

FIRSTLY, LET ME START BY SAYING I"M SO PROUD OF YOU SARAH TAN YONG YIN! Congrats on winning that gold medal for shot putt! YOU GO GIRL! :) *hughug*

well some pictures on what's been happening to me since I've been blogging sporadically. :)

It was Darren's Birthday last Saturday (12/04/08)

had a party in his house. my goodness, was surrounded by so many actuarist-to-be it was freaky. all this smart people. hehe. was fun. Darren's a super friendly guy so there were so many good comments about him when we played the game of expressing how we came to know him. Glad I met you Darren! You're one overly crazly smart and extremely friendly actuarist! :)

my housemate and I missed Jor How too much that we had to go up to the room to do some poses! haha.. haih too bad he lives in Kingsford now. miss those times we spent last year!

since it's his room too and it's his birthday, Darren gets a shot too! hehe. :)

need i mention more? i've already admitted to being hooked on ... baking! ;)

found this recipe online. apparently it's some Australian traditional bread. taste like scone lar. oh well Australian version of scone i guess. :) Made it for my housemate and I's lunchbox! :)

see once I start I can't stop. baked this slices to bring. healthy lunchbox part II! :)

today made ham, pineapple and cheese scroll. tasted good just that once again, the appearance was super ugly. Glad all my 6 testers enjoyed it.

so inspiring to know people love what you bake! :)

but but but.. people are starting to think i'm so 'motherly'. is that a good comment?

makes me feel old.

finally..

it's been more than a month since i've updated. whoa.

well year 2 has been super busy for me. well here's a quick update of the happenings in Sydney for me! :)

*my first lunch in one of the uni's many cafes all around the uni. had some rare beef sandwich with mango chutney? tasted quite good and at one point the beef started to taste like salmon? yay?! hehe. :)

the highlight of O-week : won this mini table with Ju Bee (my housemate) from the game "Passing The Parcel".

and tix to watch Grinspoon which was worth aud30.!!

OCF Picnic at Botanical Gardens in the city. God is amazing! It was predicted to rain but God answers prayers and it didn't rain! Yayness!! :)
