| Thank YouThis is probably my last and most important blog here. So I'll put a little effort into making it short and meaningful.
I'm going home for good.
No that's not all I have to say but that's the gist. I'm flying to Bangladesh on Wednesday. Let's see if I can summarize my experience over these last few years in the US of A.
I came to Lehigh on the first weekend after classes started in Fall 2001, and upon arrival was immediately dragged to an off-campus frat party. Talk about culture shock. Of course the terrorist attack 11 days later wasn't a cakewalk. After those first two weeks I was good to go and the rest of the five years was a breeze.
Brodhead was a blast. Rolling a can of corn down the hallway in the middle of the night. Throwing rubber balls at people from behind the closet-door-turned-fort. Mario Kart every evening. Bling. Pictionary all night because I couldn't get all five words in under a minute. The list will be long so buy the DVD or steal a copy from Stacy.
Things I couldn't have done back home: Skiing and ice skating, and watching Miles fly past me on a snowboard with his hair streaming behind him. Road trip from Los Angeles to Las Vegas to the Grand Canyons. Road trip from Orlando to New York. Road trip to the Great Smoky Mountains to smoke the hooka.
Things I didn't get a chance to do: Teaching Aziz how to swim. Skydiving. Catching a squirrel and holding on to it.
I apologise for not calling people up to let you know or arranging a farewell party. I'm not good at these things. But I've tried to remain fair and let everyone know at the same time through this blog. Spread the word.
Thank you. All of you. For enriching my life and my bag of experiences. Rock to Metallica. Or Greenday. Stick to your Italian roots. Be Ninja. Build killer robots. Get the speedboost and make sure to powerslide.
Adios. I will invite you to my wedding.

| Fool me twice...It's finally happening. After what the world has done for Lebanon, I'm giving up on optimism. By now civilian casualties in Lebanon is in the thousands. So Israel is killing thousands of innocents in retaliation for two kidnapped by Hizbollah, and the whole world sits on its collective ass.
And the one superpower in the world, the bringer of democracy to the likes of Afghanistan and Iraq? Condoleezza Rice went to the Middle East this week to walk around, smile for the cameras and clearly state the the US has no problem with what Israel is doing. Right o, carry on!
What happens when you have so much anger and no one to aim it at? There's no point aiming it at Bush; he simply does whatever is needed to protect US interests and lives, to hell with people in the rest of the world.
I think it's time for me to move to a more radical Islam. Time to get off my sorry ass and do something. To hell with those who have the power and can't seem to care. I won't be duped again.
It's finally happening.

| Anything look familiar?Watch the first 30 seconds of THIS VIDEO carefully. Looks like others had the same idea as Stacy and Aziz.
Oh and THIS is the best commercial I've seen in a long long time:

| So what's new?For the first time in my life, I'm in a place where shaving is NOT the fashionable thing to do. Everyone here seems to have a beard (not the women Sean, I know that's the question that will run through your head as soon as you read this), which, of course has the unexpected side-effect of making me feel like a beardless young'un.
Then there's my little nephew. The automobile industry needs to figure out how kids get enough energy to run around from 10am to 12am. That's 14 hours, for those of you trying to do the math. Here's my nephew Rakin after he hijacked my sunglasses.
