why hello...

i just thought i'd update a lil bit of whats going on in my life.. this past year.. stuff like that..

anyways... wow.. its been a crazy ride here at uic.. its so weird that i'm gonna be graduating in about 2 weeks... these 3 years have gone by so incredibly fast... its kinda crazy to think that this part of my life is about to close and another chapter will start... man.. it feels like just yesterday that i came to uic as a freshman.. and hated it!! haha.. yes. it is quite true... it took me a LONG time to get used to uic and actually enjoy it.. i guess i thought i was too cool.. hahah.. boy was i wrong...

i'm so thankful for all the people that i've met so far... now that this year is finally coming to an end.. i feel like a mother sending off her kids or something... during spring celebration.. seeing how much all the freshman have grown since the beginning of the year...aww... seeing all the leaders in AAIV... the exec... man!! i'm so excited for you guys next year!! i cant say enough how awesome next year is gonna be..

don't get me wrong.. these past 3 years have been filled with many ups and downs... much drama and disappointments... all i can say is that it was well worth it... as i was saying at spring celebration.. (i won't go too much into detail).. but i came into uic with my life all planned out.. what i would be doing, where i was going... everything was all mapped out just the way i like it.. events occurred and everything i planned out became meaningless... things i had expected were taken away and i was left with nothing.. God is quite humorous if you think about it... after a year and a half of fully trusting God with my life, struggling, serving, and growing, i am back here today right where i started concerning my future plans.. but now i know that God has brought me here and that he has provided for me..

man.. i can say that this year has been the biggest period of growth in my entire life.. i'd say spritually and personally.. and i'm so thankful to have been here to experience it.. finishing my degree and being a small group leader has been an amazing experience.. God has taught me so much and has stretched me a great deal.. my advice to all you future leaders... is to serve in whatever way you can... it will definately help you grow!! i highly encourage all of you guys to step up if you haven't already!

anyways... sorry to drag on for so long.. i just wanted to let you know how much God has been working in my life these past 3 years... hopefully it will only get better from here on out... for those of you who don't know.. i will still be at uic next year.. but on the west side for pharmacy school.. that is a miracle in itself.. <if you only knew what happened during my application process!! but thats another story>.. well.. in writing all of you guys this.. i need you too keep me accountable!! don't be a stranger!!

hello... so. this is like my 5th time updating in my xanga history... anyways.. i don't have any interesting things to write about.. but my fans have been bugging me to update... haha. so.. here it goes..

so.. lately i've been getting all sentimental about it being my last year at uic... i feel like it went by so quickly.. its a bittersweet feeling... on one hand i feel like i'm not ready to go.. but on the other i'm excited to start a new portion of my life.. soo yea... i'm counting on this last semester to be a blast!! so come and play w/ me!!!!

omg.. can you believe i'm updating xanga... i really shouldn't be.... i should be studying...
whatever.. i would rather do anything than study orgo! oh my. im so screwed... i just wanna get through the next week!! and then i'm done!!!

please pray for me and my finals...
mon- kinese and orgo lab
tues- geography and orgo
wed- music.
and then i'm done w/ my sophomore year of college!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

anyways.. so much has happened this year.. too much to recap in just one xanga entry..

hmm.. i loved my sg this year.. COOL ~ yea..
i can't wait for summer.... call me and we will do fun things! i promise!
