Horseback riding in China!

Today Jenn, Linda, Cat, Richard, Illana, Linda and I went horseback riding in the free plains of China! It was about a 2 hour drive from campus, but we got to ride for about 3 hours . . only 70 kuai toal which is less than 10 US dollars!

We had to stop and ask for directions on the way to the stables. Apparaently, everyone is really competitive, and wants you to go to their stable and ride their horses. Our driver stoped and asked this car by the road about where the stables were, and then that Freak started following us and cutting us off, driving on the opposite side of the road screaming out of the window telling us to go to his stable. WTH . . these chinese people need to zhu yi an quan. He followed us to a different stable, and sat outside waiting for us. He wanted to pick a fight with our driver, but our driver was really nice and told us not to worry. The five of us girls were in the back ducking because we were afraid he would shoot us, because he was really thuggish. Then another car caught sight of us and also followed us . . . Crazy shiiiittt. . .

Ahhh Beijing, unforgettable.

Galloping around open plains is sooo fun!

I feel so icky.

Ever since I found that worm in my food at ollies, I've been having horrible stomack pains and a huge loss of apetite. I eat the equivalent of at most a meal for a whole day.

And for the last two days, I've been having uncontrollable stomach problems, which means frequent visits to the bathroom =( I just want to enjoy good food before I leave NY, but I can't stomach any of it.

Anyone up for kinoko's all you can eat sushi on wednesday night???? Hopefully I'll be better by then.

But on a more positive note =) Graduation is coming =)

So pooped from working out. I've been such a slacker the last two weeks . . . I have to get back into study mode!!! I didn't prepare as much as I would have liked for my test today, even though I had the whole weekend =( Well, even though I haven't been doing my hw, I have been going to the gym alot, or running outside! Vanessa and I ran all the way to Chinatown!

I went to the Young Alumni Dinner tonight at the Columbia Club!! How exciting! A night of good food, company and conversation =)

Too bad we have to share our club with Princeton. What's up with that!

I feel like a freshman. I have like no work and I'm bored out of my mind. Well, maybe I have work, but I'm definitely not doing it at the moment . . hmmm. But I know when finals roll around I'll probably die from exhastion because of all the take home work. Any ideas of what I should do with my spare time?

Yesterday:

FLOW was sooo fun!!! I love deciding to go out last minute.

I can't believe I actually made it to butler today and stayed 2 hours!! Once, I got to butler with a corn muffin and a carton of whole milk (which I'm not used to drinking) and after finishing my morning snack, I fell smack asleep for 3 hours, then when I woke up I went back to my room to sleep some more!!! WTH I was drugged by milk . . how lame. Well these 2 hours that I spent in butler today screams a return to nerdom . . a slow start, with a bright future.
