It is definitely good to move on with your life.  But sometimes it's also advantageous to bring yourself back to the past and recount what you went through with your newfound strength, mentality and growth held firmly in hand.  There are countless lessons to be learned from past situations that you may have closed yourself off to because you were in a different frame of mind. 
 
I personally went through tremendous amounts of pain, loss, and heartache as a child and even now. Every once in awhile I'll bring myself back to those times to see if there is another lesson I could "extract" from it.  You cannot be afraid to take a dive into negativity.  Only through immersing yourself in it can you finally find the strength to overcome such adversity in the future.  You know what I'm talking about right?  This "future adversity" that nobody can hide from.  This "future adversity" that everyone will undoubtedly face.  Over, and over, and over again.
 
You can't be afraid of struggle, pain, hurt because it's a part of life.  Accept it and your perception of reality will begin to take that next evolutionary step towards self harmony.  However, you cannot remain there because if you do then you will be trapped by the shackles of negativity.   Sure it sounds easier said than done.....FACT: some things just are "easier said than done" so accept that as well........but there is no denying that it is within our realm of possibility.
 
So many people going through so much strife.  Life long lessons will be learned within these next few months......let's hope they step up.

hmm.. err'thing been chyll' wit' me i guess... next week my Lola gon' b comin' here from the PI hehe so excited... damn finally haha my ma' will get off my bak... hopefully...
