| Man I haven't updated in about two months!! But oh it's been great. I've been playing a lotta shows with the band. Seeing Mandy a lot. Hanging out with Kyle more and more. Me and Justin drop by sometimes for coffee. He's coming outta his antisocial little shell and I love it ^_^
But yeah we've had 4 shows in the past 8 days. Relay for Life, My Birthday, Mulligan's...and something else I'm forgetting. I'll just start with friday. Kyle and I are jamming out in the car to When Dream in Day Unite...top of the lungs at stoplights...and then we head to publix to get some supplies for the show. It was Brandon and My Birthday party at his house. We played in a grassy field....it felt so good....we had like an ampitheater thing going....and our stunts included:
Easy chees-ing max twice. Throwing out bouncy balls + much much toilet paper, and Be Reckless with a hoe. I was tilling at the ground in turmoil as I sung the happiest song we have. And I'd wave it around in the air emotionally....and I'd like go sit in the audience with people and just sing to them ^_^ Oh it was SOOO much fun. What an amazing show
The set was:

Quality stuff. The party was great. We listened to my techno and Mandy and I danced and sat around with Matt Beaty. At night, we jammed with ace, harrison, brandon, just like, a buncha people. I crashed. On saturday, Mandy and I discussed politics, and almost got caught -_-. That's always kinda fun though....
And then that night we got slushies and I took her home, then went to Ace's where me, him, matt and hassan played sega genesis and ate food and hung out...it was SO fun. Dude what a classic night!! I LOVED it. Then today, I took a walk for like an hour and a half listening to surreal (I really am a loser. But I write music to make people jolly, and for me to listen to it =P) Anyways. It was my favorite kinda weather. Cloudy and windy. It feels sooo right. Like heavenly...idk. I <3 it. Then I had a show with the band at mulligan's in decatur. It was 45 minutes away- and the town was really small and quaint. Mandy and I got a bite to eat in a coffee shop. It was such a cute little town!!! Then we played the show, and mandy and I came back and watched mythbusters, and then went to her house at 10:00 and ate pancakes and did laundry and goofed around. I don't know why this weekend was soooo fun, but it was ^_^

| k so saturday....I woke up at max's...skipped the band clinic =P saw 2
wasn't that bad at all...I slept like a baby ^_^ Had some relaxing
dreams....then I went home for like 3 hours....chillin until MATTHEW
picked me up and we saw...HASSAN!!!!!!! MAN I MISS THAT KID!!! Oh he
was as great as always. One more month and he's outta rehab...thank
goodness ^_^ Oh man I miss him...he's such a nice/crazy guy! His GF kim
was nice too!
Then that night me and max and matt and brandon and khushboo saw
viceroy. They had a giant following....lotsa people there. Them and
empiracy were pretty good....but after a while you want some
melody/singing/lyrics instead of just screaming and breakdowns. It gets
boring. HOWEVER! They were really really good if you like that kinda
thing...and I can still respect their talent, and ian's awesome stage
presence. Then we all went to the varsity...man that was fun...I had
the best salad of my life that night...and the best orange
smoothie...MAN! good stuff!
A new genre of music was invented....cell phone ring tones...viceroy screaming over them....merges too - CELL PHONE CORE!!!!!
Haha man...everyone was there....except my little muffin
mandy...because she was being trapped by her cousins and having a
terrible time =(( I'd like to think I made her feel better today though
=P
Anyways...after that...we all drove home...it was very peaceful......we
had techno going...brandon going 80...and a beautiful night. The nights
have been beautiful lately...
We slept at matt's...we hung out listening to the doors for a bit...then we watched the nightmare b4 christmas!
And all fell asleep 3 minutes into it =P

| So last night was the Brookwood Talent Show!!
We open- Surreal that is...and the thing that made it amazing aside
from our amazing music...was that when the solo started....court and I
took a giant leap out into the audience! I'll never forget that
feeling....running- running...leap! surprised faces....then we just run
out of the theater altogether! Justin's waiting in the lobby with our
streamers.... when the solos are near over the two of us burst back
into the theater....running down the aisles...the solos are loud and
beautiful....we're throwing the streamers through the air...flying,
laughter,music....oh it was the best feeling ever...then we got back on
stage, and finished the song!
We pulled everything off perfectly!! Brandon even got a reaaallly reallly good recording of it

When it was over...we were all so pumped. Just...it was so perfect...!
I LOVE PLAYING MY MUSIC. That's the main thing. I love music and making
other people happy with it. It's kinda my way of showing all the beauty
I see in the world "to others who don't have or make the time to look"

I got like attacked and drowned by people in the lobby tooo
Okay sorry...it's just exciting having such a glorious night =P
And driving mandy home...I haven't felt so peaceful in a long long long long time...just looking at her =)

i made corey a necklace out of hemp (yes, the stuff that hippies
used to wear) and gave it to him at school. he gave me a bag with
chocolate, gummy bears, and sweet little messages plus a rose at school
also. i was happy ^^ ..not just because of the material gifts, but
because i have a caring and thoughtful boyfriend who loves me very much
=^^=
so after school i went home and did some homework before going
to his house at 5:30pm. there, he gave me the rest of my roses (total,
there were 2 dozen!!!)... i think i almost cried :P like seriously. ive
never seen so many roses, all for me! he sang to me (the song he wrote
for me) and i loved it. i love his voice. then we discussed politics
and the recent "scandal" involving chaney. we ate dinner with his
family, which was great because his family is so fun to talk to. with
my family at dinner- if my brother isnt there- my mom just talks and
thats about it, cuz neither me or dad can get a word in edgewise :P his
family, idk, i enjoy being around them so much. ha, at times i wish
they were my family O.o is that creepy? anyway, after dinner and stuff,
we went downstairs and collaberated together. he played the piano while
i wrote random lyrics. during that period of time, i felt so incredibly
close to him =^^= i guess its because my writing is something i love
very much, and having him in the same room while he was playing the
piano and watching my flow of ideas as they came was just very personal
for me. it was the best valentines day ever. suddenly, all the years
past of getting stood up and getting crappy gifts somehow seemed worth
it.... the point is, it was one of the most beautiful nights of my
life, and will be stored in my memory of happily romantic thoughts (all
of which have to do with corey, btw)... ^^ <3
Aside from that, last weekend, I saw mandy, matt, elliot, courtney, justin, and hannah and anyone else a guy could ever want to see. Kyle and max too, because there was a band practice last friday. It went kinda bad, cause the song was still under construction- and I think some people got turned off by it =( But now it's finished!! Like, we had to b.s. a chorus just so we didn't have to wait to practice the rest of the song. Anyways. So friday was fun. Matt and ell. and I slept at brandon's! Then the next evening was a supermarket extravaganza w/the aforementioned group! We played in the paper towels =P

| So! I got thrown in jail for a night
Lonnnng story short. There was a collision, I didn't just stop in the intersection. We both kept driving, I went to look for the car, dropped my bro and sis at home *they were crying cuz they were so scared from the accident* I grabbed my dad, we were heading back. I got my shoes on and reached for the doorknob when the bell rang, and a policeman was standing outside, who promptly arrested me and took me to jail. I was there from 8:00pm - 3:00am. It blew...I was sooooo bored =(
Anyways, I went to school the next day, everyone gotta kick outta it =P But I'm grounded for 2 more weeks. I'm gonna whittle it down to one, but for now it's two.
Yesterday was one of the best days evar. I went to audition at emory and the head of the music department was just blown away. He was like "I'm writing you a recommendation NOW" =P haha! Then my mom and I toured the campus....it's beautiful. There's this ugly city outside, but you pass through and the private emory campus is like a paradise...white marble buildings with red roofs everywhere....people playing guitar, throwing food at their friends =) Omg I can't wait
So I hope that recommendation puts me in the school. =)
Then I got home, and saw mandy. We watched beauty and the beast, cuz it's like her favorite movie. Cept I think I ruined it because everytime I saw the beast I burst out laughing for like ten minutes. He's so beastly! idk!! It annoyed her at first and then she couldn't stop laughing either.. THE BEAST!! HNRGHRHR!H!!!! idk, I'm retarded =P
THEN! BAND PRACTICE!! YES!!!!! Kyle flaked on us, but we wrote an amazing song. I think it's the best ever. The reason I know is because it's stuck in my head. I've never had one of my own songs stuck in my head. Except for this song I co-wrote with courtney...that kinda counts I guess, but man. Good stuff. We'll prolly play it for the talent show =)
Then the band left and I played blindman's bluff and mafia with my bro and sis and all their friends.
