| GRRRI haven't been on this xanga thing for a long time but then i just remembered having this account so i'm gunna use it again! Let me tell you a story. This week has not been a good week for me at least.. seems like everything is going the wrong way!! oh wells, it's at the end of the week and next week has to be better than this week! So yesterday, i got trapped in an elevator for a good 30 minutes all by myself..it t'was pretty scary. I never take the elevator for this class but since i have a presentation, i decided, it'll bring me up faster for 4 floors than walking it. Just as i pressed the number 4 and the door closes, everything stopped. I pressed every button possible and nothing would move me up or down and the doors wouldn't open. At this point, i was like fuck, i have a presentation to prepare for and i'm starting the presentation off. So i pressed the alarm button, nothing happened so i decided to press emergency. The lady was like campus police and i'm like i'm stuck in an elevator, i don't know what to do. She's like okay no problem, i'll call a technician. I thought it will only take 15 minutes max.. nope after 20 minutes of waiting and no one saving me, i was thinking.. i gotta do this on my own. lol, i called her again and was like i have a presentation to be at.. no one is here to save me yet and she's like we can't contact any of the tech :O NO F-ing WAY.. i gotta get out. She tells me i wouldn't be able to get out until the tech comes so i'm thinking.. yep, i'm gunna miss my presentation and lose marks as well. So there, am i sitting in the elevator... she calls me back and tells me the tech will be there in 15 minutes.. that's half 1/4 of my class time gone so i was like okay. Then magically, someone had pressed the down button and my elevator moved down to first floor, she got into my elevator and iw as debating whether or not to go back in, as i went in and looked at the numbers, while i was in the elevator, i had pressed all the buttons possible. I was thinking that i couldn't risk it so i ran from floor 1 to 4, and got to start my presentation out of breath. As for today, I went to my internship and apparently, it was changed to a different location and i didn't know about it so i waited for like 2 hours. I just hope next week is better. |
