Good grief...

I can't believe I actually did this...

You scored as Captain Wentworth, Captain Wentworth from Persuasion is summed up in one word: noble. He's a gentleman, brave, and independent, but he is also willing to set pride aside to try again for the heart of the woman he loves.

Jane Austen... That's Steve Austin's wife, right?

I can't remember that I've ever seen a Jane Austen novel. Or even heard of her before Xanga.

I live in the Bahamas We don't read

It was my then youth pastor's wife (who is American) that introduced me to Tolkien's work and thus made a valiant attempt at getting me into reading. (The only reading I *have* ever been into is R. L. Stine in grade 6 & 7). I lately read tons of Tolkien and Rowling, only to discover that, after reading SEVERAL books, I cannot recall a single detail from any of them.

And this is where I choose to acknowledge that life DOESN'T suck.

You don't necessarily have to respond to this. I just like typing up big random comments from time to time.

Unsurprisingly, my results were the same (with only slight variation in the percentages) as yours. I suppose it would probably mean something if I'd actually *read* some of Austen's stuff? Ah well.

My exact comment was going to be exactly what your mother wrote. So I won't say it again. But then, I haven't seen any Jane Austen movies, or read any of her books either, so I have absolutely no idea what I would be talking about. So I don't know who any of the characters are. (I'm going to have to look into seeing one or a couple of her movies now. I just saw Pride & Prejudice for the first time in my life a couple of weeks ago.  )

Hmmm. Your a character I don't recognize. You obviously didn't have much fun with it. Lemme try...

You scored as a Willoughby
OoOOoOOoooOo...what a rogue! While his redeeming qualities (such as humor and playfulness) keep him from being a true villain, Willoughby from Sense and Sensibility is just selfish enough to also keep him from being a true hero. Perhaps you should try the quiz again? ;)
