| | Guess where I am sitting writing this entry? My NEW OFFICE at St. John's UCC in Red Lion! That's right, I'm here now! I started this past Sunday, and everyone was so wonderful and friendly here. I'm not just saying that because people from the church (ahem, Liza and Troy) will read this, but because I really mean it. I thought the same thing when Don and I came to visit in July. Everyone says Hello and is genuinely friendly. In York County, too! Amazing!!! What else is new...well, we're moving in just about a week, and that's pretty scary. I have been feeling more tired lately (and gigantic, but I know I have to grow even more...I wish my belly were detachable) so I haven't been a very good help with packing at home. And bless Don's heart, he's been at the new house almost every night painting. Tonight my mom is there helping him. At least they're on the trim, and hopefully it will be done soon. I can't believe we'll be living in Manchester in just over one week...right down the street from my old high school! It's surreal, but I think it's good. The baby will be REALLY close to Grammy and Granddad (that's what we're calling my mom and dad, unless the baby decides to call them something else). I still don't really think that my mom is a "Grammy," but it's what she wants to be called, so we'll give it a try... Anyway, I'm sure I'm boring everyone with my rambling, so I'll wrap it up. Hope everyone is doing well, whether at school or in college or working or whatever...drop me some notes and let me know what's up! |
