| Chloe was madd fun on Saturday. It has a good crowd, good music, good size club, and not too packed. Definetley my favorite place in Adams Morgan. Cindy and I are trying to go out more and it was the first time in a long time that we had so much fun.
Also today, I officially become a manager!!! A few weeks ago I got promoted, and today I have the first of three people to join my staff. Today I get my summer intern, and in June I'm getting 2 college hires to join my staff.
I'm not gonna lie, it's feels cool that I'm considered a manager now, but I know I'm not qualified considering that I've been out of college for a little over a year. I pretty much got promoted out of pure luck!!!...haha In the corporate world, being promoted is really based on luck. If you're lucky to have people leave to open up a position, and if you're lucky enough that the "right people" like you. That is pretty much how you get promoted. Just got to know how to play the game. |
