2005 "Year in Review"

1. What did you do in 2005 that you'd never done before?
Whelp...went to Disney World,
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I didn't make one...next question please...
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
No
4. Did anyone close to you die?
My grandpa
5. What countries did you visit?
I've never been anywhere but the good ole U.S.A.
6. What would you like to have in 2006 that you lacked in 2005?
Well, I do believe an IQ of above 48 would be the ticket...other than that I don't really know...EMILY!!
7. What date(s) from 2005 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
November 14 -19: (K-39) April: Ascension K-1, May: graduation from high school, August: beginning college and my independence
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
This may sound cooky, but making it one year without huge problems with my kidney was kinda big to me.
9. What was your biggest failure?
My inability to stay in touch with almost all my high school friends that didn’t go to KU
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Injury, not so much. illness, well, technically kidney transplantation...or at least the chronic condition that mandates that i have one...is an illness.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
I'll get back to you on that one. I'm not really sure about that.
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
I try not to put people on pedestals.
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
If I try not to put people on pedestals, why would I try to put them down?
14. Where did most of your money go?
Well, college....I gotta get that IQ up somehow!
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
KU, Disney World, RENT (oh wait,still do!), my faith, Starbucks
16. What song will always remind you of 2005?
In the light..maybe?, God Bless the Broken Road, Just Wait, Let it Be, RENT – the whole CD
17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
i. Happier or sadder?
Much happier

poorer…college right?
18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
Talking and hanging out with people I love, Talking with God, good clean fun
19. What do you wish you'd done less of?
Hanging onto baggage
20. Did you fall in love in 2005?
No… at least not in the romantic sense
23. How many one-night stands?
Nope...can't say that I have
24. What was your favorite TV program?
Supernatural and Charmed, pathetic, but I’m ok with that
25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
No. I don't hate people...that's not nice. i try not to hate people.
26. What was the best book you read?
I really enjoyed Message in a Botlle, but I REALLY enjoyed Pride and Prejudice.
27. What was your greatest musical discovery?
Broadway musical- RENT, Country...in general.
28. What did you want and get?
true friends-the kind you find, like, NEVER, a stronger faith, a stronger self confidence
30. What was your favorite film of this year?
RENT, Batman Begins, Harry Potter 4,
31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
I worked...I was a lil bummed about that one
32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
Nothing...everything was good
33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2005?
I'm a jeans and T kinda girl, but I like sweats. I had to dress up for work, which made me enjoy dressing up as well. I know....You'd think....
34. What kept you sane?
My friends and God
35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
I fancy Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom....it's a tie
36. What political issue stirred you the most?
A lot of politics this year was ridiculous but I don’t feel like dwelling on it right now
37. Who did you miss most?
Too many
38. Who was the best new person you met?
All my Saint Lawrence people, a Michael D. Dennihan, and my bestest friend Emily...we got to know each other whereas before, well, not really- God bless the broken road that led me straight to you!!
39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2005:
Let Go and Let God because He'd rather go to Hell for you than go to Heaven without you.

Well that was exciting...
This year I want to:
1. Do better in college
2. Get in shape and take good care of my body in general.
3. Go to Church more and stay rooted in Him
4. Love better
5. Stay close to my family, Emily, and my St. L's Peeps, and appreciate them as gifts
