This morning after waking up, I thought it would be a good idea to make some of my chili to try and clear up my sinus. So I drove to Raleys and started shopping around for ingredients when a thought came to my head. Spicy food helps clear you up quickly, so what if I made something really spicy? People always make 5 alarm fire chili and advertise it as dangerous and they tell pregnant women and children not to eat it. But with my knowledge I knew that it was possible to make a 5 alarm chili, add a kick then add 2 more spices after the kick which would come to almost 8 alarms. I was conflicted, so very conflicted. I could break this cooking taboo and just make something for fun. Something that might be helpful. Besides, I reasoned that the spicier the chili the faster it would work. Oh how wrong I was....

After adding the habanero seeds I finished cooking it and prepared a bowl. I took one spoonful and experienced extreme spice. But it wasn't anything I couldn't handle. That's when things went horribly wrong. I accidently dropped my spoon and a bit of the chili flew straight up and went into my nose. That's when my journey through hell began. The first thing that happened was a heat that swelled and wrapped around my entire face. The heat was so intense I was actually temporarily blinded. The next thing was my sinus cleared up, but not in a good way. Everything exploded out all at once, leaving a disgusting mess on the table. My bones started feeling chilled while the surface of my skin felt like it was roasting. Sweat poured all over my body. I desperately put an ice bag on my nose but it didn't help. Dizzyness and fatigue quickly set in. I felt like vomitting. edit: I vomitted. its now 30 minutes later, I still feel intense burning.

On a lighter note I think my cold is gone now. But I think I just decreased my life expectancy by a few years.

Oh and a special thanks to Sarah for overreacting and showing that she is truly a special friend <3

My story continued

Gosh Sorry! I was busy yesterday. So anyways.... A large shadowy figure with two big eyes was floating above my head and it sucked my soul out. j/k. It turned out to be a wood moth. What happened was actually kind of funny. The wood moth was squirming out of it's cocoon which happened to be inside the bell. The constant back and forth motion was what was causing the bell to ring. After it came out and situated itself, the moth flew above my head. If you don't know what the moth looks like, here's a pic:

And that is the story of how my bed got wet. The End.

Hello!

I doubt anyone still uses or even reads xanga but whatever. I'll make a post just so you all know that I'm still alive.

So for a while now I had this ancient Korean funeral bell in my room on top of my book shelf. It was a present from another family member from a few years ago. Anyways, I woke up the other night cause it was ringing suddenly. My window was closed so there was no wind going through my room, and since I'm in Sac right now it obviously couldn't have been an earthquake. Two thoughts started going through my mind. The first being that this meant it was probably my time to die. The second thought was that a ghost was messing around with me. Either way I was getting really scared cause it just kept ringing. Finally after about an hour the ringing stopped. But then a few moments later, a large shadowy figure with two big eyes came over my head and after nearly pissing myself I found out what had happened. I'll post the conclusion tomorrow. No, this is not a made up story.

My heart is torn.

How do you decide when you have your eye set on two? One is upscale, classy, and a solid 10. The other, down to earth, soft to the touch, and sings like an angel. Its been almost a month now and I still can't decide. I'm usually not this bad when making this kind of decision. I normally just follow whatever seems most logical. But for some reason logic just really doesn't seem to have a home here. If anyone has any experience with this sort of thing please help me out. This is one of those rare times I actually ask for input.

Item #1: The Yamaha RBXJM2 http://www.yamaha-europe.com/yamaha_europe/uk/10_musical_instruments/30_guitars_basses_amps/70_bass_guitars/10_bass_guitars/20_rbx_basses/15_RBX_JM2/index.html

Item #2: The Ibanez SR706 http://ibanez.com/bass/guitar.aspx?m=SR706

Thursday, February 14, 2008

Today while I was at work I saw a woman wearing heels walk straight into a pillar. It was so funny that I immediately started laughing and she knew I was laughing at her. It looked like she was about to cry so I forced myself to shut up. After she got up she walked away really quickly, her face was red and her clothes were dirty. Then I continued laughing. An old lady who saw the whole thing came up to me and said "you should be ashamed of yourself!" and I felt bad and stared at the floor and told her that she was right. Then she said, "just kidding, that was hilarious."

Thursday, January 31, 2008

Wednesday, December 26, 2007

Merry Xmas Everyone!

Friday, December 14, 2007

I find it really stupid how no matter how many years will pass, some things just won't go away. You feel like you moved on, and a memory is almost forgotten. Then you have that one stupid dream you wish would go away and all the baggage comes back and hits you all at once. So lame.

Speaking of old things coming back, Backstreet's back, alright! So are the Spice Girls. It's middle school all over again. Extra lame.

=(

My Dreamcast officially died today, randomly, while I was playing Sonic the Hedgehog.

RIP dear friend.
