| | - Enjoy the SilenceSo far...so good.Right now i'm in the computer lab at SDSU's comp center, right near the dome. I got through my japanese and RWS classes without too much trouble, although it seems that I've managed to become the center of attention in both classes. During our japanese class' "IceBreaker" event, we had to introduce ourselves to a bunch of people, so I unwittingly introduced myself to a bunch of people, including a couple of ladies from my 111 class. After the icebreaker event, Sensei asked us who we talked to, so no matter who she went to, they would always point to "Francis-san". Myspace, anyone?
RWS 305 is a fun class. My first assignment had me begging my professor to let me back into her class after missing three weeks of class and missing one major essay (there's 4 in total). Yeah, hopeless. So I spun one of my tallest tales, indicating that I was abducted by aliens and forced to produce water for them by urinating into a jar that would magically transmute water from urine. Later on I crashlanded onto planet Dagobah and was trained in the ways of the force from Master Luke Skywalker and the arts of the ninja from master Ryu Hayabusa. Yea, I'm probably not going to get back into the class, but it was a fun romp.
That reminds me, I need to go to the ARC for some workout schedules. I have a huge break inbetween classes(thankfully my SOC 250) class is MUCH earlier, so I can probably make good on my new year's resolution to lose weight. *the distinct rumbling of a hungry college student echoes through the hall*
Oookay, maybe not right now. First, lemme get some panda express... |
