--BE CAREFUL OF....
--Your thoughts,
  For they become your words.
 --Your words,
  For they become your actions.
 --Your actions,
  For they become your habits.
 --Your habits,
  For they become your character.
 --Your character,
  For it becomes your destiny.

--THE FIVE "B'S" OF FRIENDSHIP:
 --1. BE Trustworthy.
When a friend tells you a secret, keep it.
     Don't repeat it to others.
Trust is a vital part of friendship.
Loss of trust can destroy a friendship.
 --2. BE sensitive.
Be aware of a friend's needs.  Try to know
when your friend needs to be with you and when
your friend wants to be alone.
Respect his or her wish for privacy and need
     for personal space.
 --3. BE dependable.
If you make a promise to a friend, keep it.
     Don't let your friend down.
Be there for him or her in good times as well
as bad.  Let friends know they can count on you.
 --4. BE a good listener.
Kids like to talk to someone who listens actively.
Show a genuine interest in the things that are
important to your friend.  Maintain eye contact
     while he or she talks.
 --5. BE honest.
Let a friend know how you feel.
If a friend says or does something that hurts you,
talk it over with him or her privately.
Express your feelings as honestly as you can, and
encourage your friend to do the same.

yesterday i was listening to the radio while driving home and rather than normally listening to music i listened to an interview and i thought id share what i listened to. a pastor at i forgot what church has a daughter who was born unhealthy and she continuously had seizures. i guess nothing well was going on in his life, he just started a church and it was not growing and whatnot. his daughter was in bad health. his life was going down the drain. it came to the point where there was no one to look to and ask for help except God. he said that when tough situations come along, you either trust Him or doubt Him. he also shared the bible verse from psalms something that says all things come together for good for those who love Him. God is ALWAYS there. he is ALWAYS watching over us and what we need to do is trust Him. trust Him alone. He is the source of strength and hope. whether it'd be times of good or bad, have hope in the Lord and trust in Him.

In Christ alone
I place my trust
and find my glory in the power of the cross

in every victory let it be said of me
my source of strength
my source of hope
is Christ alone

also i was talking to my mom on the phone yesterday and she shared what she learned from her quiet time yesterday. its from james 3:13-18 and it talks about the wisdom we should have. my mom was telling me how each of us have an angel and that any time we need help, in any circumstance whether it would be just talking to a friend or driving, God will send the angel down to help us and guide us. and thats when we could truly feel His presence in our lives. we need the wisdom from heaven and not the "earthly, unspiritual" wisdom of the devil. wisdom from heaven is "pure, peace-loving, considerate, good fruit, submissive, full of mercy, impartial, and sincere" in any situation wherever and whenever, God is there next to us. we just need to call upon Him and He will guide us according to His will. He never let goes of us, we let go of Him. Lets not live life the way we want to, but let Him take control. He is sooooooooooooo goood.

anyways i was going through pictures and i miss dominica republic except the heat. haha i miss the missionary family. i miss joon whun. and i miss the delicious juicy mangos
