Well, I'd just like to thank everyone for being so wonderful.  You've made my brief stay here in Brockprot a very enjoyable one, and in fact made me sad that I'll miss you all the rest of the week.  Regardless, thank you, you're all greatly pleasing unto me, and I look forward to seeing and hearing from you again!

Especially Tessa for her Class Acts ticket, otherwise I wouldn't have seen ANYBODY and that would have been sad.  SO thank you muchly.  Expect scary pictures and what not from London.

Well, Class Acts kinda snuck up on me.  Curse you people and your faliure to read my thoughts and buy me a ticket!  Anyway, I leave for London on Sunday, maybe I'll try to hunt some locals down tomorrow and Sunday before I leave.  tell me if you're around, maybe I'll take you bowling.

Well, I'm still alive, although sometimes it surprises me.  Things are really suprsingly busy here, considering how little I seem to get accomplished.  But, I suppose I'm just not very efficient.  The fact that I still a) Write on this, and b) play Ragnarok Online.  I sometimes wonder why I do that, I play only a couple hours a week, and I pay real money for my subscription, and I try very hard to avoid paying real money for ANYTHING.  Force of habit is powerful I suppose.

Random Survey stolen from Tessa

ARE YOU:
1. A cuddler?: Not often.  But I can't say I'm opposed to it.
2. A morning person: more than most.
3. Tall?: I suppose, yeah, pretty tall.
4. In your pajamas?: Nope, I don't even sleep in my PJ's, the way this place is heated, I'd probably roast.
5. Left-handed?: Nope. Not in the least.

LAST:
1. Friend you saw:
Drew or Eric, they both left the room at pretty much the same time.  I think Eric left second though.
2. Talked to on the phone: uh, my mother I think.  I never talk on the phone.
3. Friend you texted: I've never texted anyone.  Ever.
4. Thing you wore: Beige zip off pants with many pockets (cargo pants?  I suppose) and a black turtle neck.  That I'm wearing now.
5. Was today better than yesterday?: Yeah, I suppose, a lot less work to be done, not as stressful.

FAVORITE: (Tessa added things to this section, because it was very short and there are lots of things to like)
1. Number: currently I'm going with 八.  The symmetry of the character is pleasing. and 8 is a solid number in English too.
2. Season: Fall. Nothing like the crunch of deadness.  Or winter, the pleasure of wandering through the freshly fallen snow is hard to beat.  And the cold, the blessed cold.
3. Animal: hmm, I accidentally claimed I was sexually attracted to foxes the other day in Chinese.  So... rats?
4. Mythological creature: That's a toughy, I guess well, uhm, I really don't know.
5. Everyday activity: I like taking showers.  They're warm. and relaxing.
6. Room of your house: Well... I like loft room thing.  Where all the old stuff is.  we really need to throw out some of the shit that's been accumulating up there for ages.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS:

Q: What was the first thing you did this morning?
A: Got up?  Then tried to figure out if Drew and/or Kayle was in the room.

Q: Do you have anything bothering you?
A: The maddening number of things I need to do and am not doing?  Yeah, that's bothering me.

Q: What’s the last movie you watched and with who?
A: Movies?  The Departed with Julie and the boys.  Ergo Proxy if you count that.  It's hot.

Q: Where was the last place you went?
A: Math 108, home of MTH411 Intro to Probability.  No, I lied, to the open lounge to eat the Chrisitan's free food.  Although i curse their non-chatholic-ness, tempting me with their home-made sloppy joes on a friday! xD

Q: Do you smile often?
A: "When I’m with people, I smile a lot. I like people."- Tessa  Tessa's response is perfect.  I'm leaving it.

Q: Do you wish upon stars?
A: Man, I haven't done that in ages.  I haven't even looked at the stars of late... I should rectify this.

Q: Are you a friendly person?
A: I suppose.  I try to be anyway.  I think I'm less friendly now that I once was.  But that's just really a feeling.  Maybe it's just more forced that it once was, so i notice more?  Possible.

Q: Where did you sleep last night?
A: In the dorm, in my bed.  Next to the window.

Q: What color shirt are you wearing?
A: Black.  Like my soul.  xD

Q: When was the last time you cried?
A: Yesterday.  I think.  What can I say, I cry like a little girl.

Q: What was your last thought before going to sleep last night?
A: I have no idea.  Probably trying to figure out if Drew and Kayle would be sleeping in our room tonight.

Q: What are you about to do?
A: Brush my teeth and go to class.

Q: Rate your life as of right now 1-10?
A: well, I assume 10 is the BEST LIFE EVER and 1 is like, "those who walk away from Ohmalas" styl suck.  So I'll call myself a 5.

Q: What do you hear right now?
A: “Can't Touch This" by MC Hammer.  and the typing of my roommate and I.

Q: If you could drink anything right at this moment, what would it be?
A: The blood of my enemies?  No, I think a nice glass of hot chocolate would be nice.

Q: Anything hurt on your body right now?
A: nope.  Although I have something in my teeth...

Q: What’s your favorite month?
A: January.  It's a new year, and it's cold.  and it snows.  and life is good.

Q: What’s your high school’s mascot?
A: A buffalo.  Duh.

Q: What’s your favorite bottled water?
A: Bottled water is for high maintenance people and people in foreign countries.

Q: What were you doing at 12 am last night?
A: uhm....I guess I was... brushing my teeth?  Or something like that.   Almost in bed.

Q: Did you attend your high school homecoming and prom?
A: Aye, I did 2 proms and a then the pep rally every year, but never the actual game.

Q: Did you go to someone else’s homecoming?
A: Of course not, the only reason I went to OUR homecoming was because it was either a) during class, or b) there was free stuff involved.

Q: Do you prefer coffee or tea?
A: Tea I hates the coffee.  It's eww.  I can't even stand the smell, or the flavor in other things.  It revolts me.

Q: Something red within five feet of you?
A: Pencil sharpener, v-day card, CD, folder, dancing tomato, courtesy of Kate at graduation (mine, not hers)

Q: Least favorite color?
A: Ok, I really love that Tessa's least favorite color is the color of our houses carpet.  Like, all of it.  That's why we cover it with rugs.  Anyway, my least favorite color is probably this pinky red color, the color of a drunk mans vomit when you walk into the bathroom in the morning >_<

Q: Favorite kind of pizza?
A: Meat, lots of meat and cheese.  and a crust filled with cheese.  Ideally it would be really greasy, but then when you ate it, all the grease would be gone.

Q: Ever had Dippin Dots?
A: Yup, I have no idea why anyone would like them.  Why pay more for less, lousy ice cream?

Q: Ever make fun of a homeless person?
A: Only in the privacy of my own mind, when watching a youtube video of a homeless preacher.

Q: At what age do you want to get married?
A: After college. if I have to.  I guess xD  but no, I think a couple years after college, maybe if I do grad school then that'd be a good time.

Q: Have a best friend?

A: I sure hope so

Q: Have a girlfriend/boyfriend?
A: Nope.  anybody?

Q: How many kids do you have/want?
A: I have no kids. Someday I may want between one and three. Meaning one, two, or three, not one and a half or something… ><

And it continues:

Language is a virus from outer space (Burroughs)
in the beginning was the word, and the word was God
.: God is a virus from outer space
God was made by Aliens.
Politics is an art, thus a subset of art
Art is aliens (since God is politics, well, you follow the logic.)
women are art
women are truth
truth is art - trinity^^
truth is alien
women are aliens
Aliens predate time (since they had to be there before the beginning in order to get the word started.)

conclusion? Women predate time (Julie confirms that at least sometimes this seems to be true.)

Ok.  So, I'm going to try and some up 'The Best Conversation in Quite Some Time'.  It starts with Julie (a friend here at school) and myself reading some critisism for our comp lit class (which I'm still not actually registered for) and it says "...in our Post-Political liberal permissive society human rights are just an excuse to walk all over the ten commandments" (that's not actually an exact quote, but hey).  Commence the train of thought.

Politics is dead
Politics and God are closely related, God is also dead (Killed by Friedrich Nietzsche)
PCP produces effects similar to Leprosy (numbing of feeling specifically)
the War on Drugs cured PCP
Jesus cured lepers
War on Drug = Jesus (As the War on Drugs is the offspring of Politics)
This makes Nixon the Virgin Mary
Virgin Mary = Madonna = Beatles reference
Beatles "are bigger than Jesus"- represents the forerunner of liberalized society
So LBJ's War on Poverty, with politics, begot the War on Drugs.
War on Poverty = the Holy spirit
War on Drugs kills the War on Poverty, change in focus from uplifting to prosecution
*At this point anyone who's ever done literary work should see Oedipus
This makes:
Oedipus = Jesus/war on drugs <- They fill very similar rolls in our assembly
kills the HG(War on Poverty)
Oedipus's mother kills herself, much like the war on poverty/Holy Ghost
This makes Nixon/the Virgin Mary = Oedipus's mother
Nietzsche and the Madman (the messenger of God's death) = Mercury
Mercury = Hg
Hg = H.G. = Holy Ghost = war on poverty
Nietzsche is also dead (obviously)
The War on Terror = Oedipus's neglectful sons.
Antigone is associated with justice, is Oedipus's daughter
Forced to suicide by her brother's actions,  War on Terror kills justice
Haemon = civil liberties commits suicide after Antigone's death
Creon and his wife are liberals and conservatives respectively
Creon's wife kills herself after her son (Haemon's suicide) (Thus leading to the end of the two party system, and a liberal society.)
Creon (liberals) is weak, but all that remains (current political climate)

Earlier we had looked at Norse mythology, but found it hard to work with, however Nixon opening China reminds us of the Jotuns, who are freed by a tsunami and fierce storms.
The various forces gathering for war are the angels of the 4 cardinal directions with power over the earth 9angels of the apocalypse)

so, conclusion?  Nixon's presidency is the beginning of the end of the world.
