So many of my friends are coming back, Manling, Renny..(who I believe she is already back and gone disappear!) Helen might come back...god I miss my bitches!! CarCar is coming back next week, guess she will be with her honeybun all the time !

Hahaha..I am stealing 5 mins of my lunchtime to update my FOOD JOURNAL again.Today's Dumbo lunch box.... Sardines¡K..Vegetables and RICE¡K2 apples¡KI pears.. shit..really feel like getting a chunky kitkat x 2 now¡K

Korean BBQ in Japanese Style (cos eating Japanese beef)

Rawbeef mixed with raw egg, trust me, it looks bad but it tastes nice! Must eat with plain rice, so good man....and the other pic is grilling vege...looks rather dodgy i know..hahaha

It was so nice..those are "Black Cow" from the North, which I have no idea what they look like.. apparently is not those hairy one...it tastes so so so good...even better then the fresh fish I ate in da fish market that morning.

For those visiting Japan and want to try the nice beef BBQ but don't know how to order, there are often pics on the menu, if not, always chose the top 2 of beef list and wouldn't go wrong. It is slightly more expensive then others of course, but they often are the shop's specialities, or special part of the cow. we have spent round about HKD650 per person that night (please note that we have ordered amounts that was enough for 4 people! The table next to us look at me and Yoshi like as if we are MONSTERS when we finish all the food )......

actually I am not an expert on this, share with me if you have any special dinning experience. this is not openrice.com...this is openmouth.com

BTW I watched 8Below yesterday...Good film, very beautiful, and the dogs were amazing....the main charter reminds me of the student teacher at King's from South Africa....ok..he is more European looking....not holding a suitcase of 'Mau"!! he used to practice hockey with me one on one...(lucky to be the keeper)..and he is super cute....hahahhahahahahahaha....hope yoshi arent going to read that....oh..anyway, everyone thinks he is cute...

Ok.....I think I really am suffering from Delayed sleep phase syndrome (DSPS), couldn't fall asleep until 430 last night......my mum is so sweet, she made me a lunch box last night...haha..

Is so sad, the trip finished a week ago and I am still writing about it. Sorry guys......just want to get the "food" "online" ...highlights of my life...yes I love eating..and I guess I will keep up with my "food journal" until oneday I explode !Anyway....Back to Gigi Oliver...sorry...I just love food so much...and I decided to change my xanga into a "Food Journal" Hahaha...anyway..I am going to my favourite Jap restaurant tonight..hahaha~!!!!!

When I get upset, my friends normally have only one comment ¡§ An extra piece of fish¡¨ when my friends going through ups and downs, I normally don¡¦t know what to say¡Kas my comments are always useless which will make them swear for half an hour¡Kbut just want to let you know, I am here...

My parents get me a helium balloon every Chinese New Year¡K I still get one even I am already 23, remember one time the balloon flew away 5 mins after my mum bought it for me, it was right above me and I just couldn¡¦t catch it¡Kfeel very hopeless and helpless at the age of 10. I was crying my eyes out¡Kso loud that my parents went to get me another one; I was so worry that it will happen again so I chose a ¡§non-flying¡¨ one.

Well¡K. I still get a helium balloon every Chinese New but I will make sure I hold it really really tight and make a few knots on my wrist just to make sure it doesnt fly away.

Anyway¡Kis one of those ¡§extra piece of fish¡¨ entries. But just want you show you my favorite men in the entire world¡Kapart from Yoshi and my dad of course (they are boys anyway)¡Kthe men that I think deserve the best~! My god damn wireless is not working at home! and it took me so long to update...damn it!

Ok..second night ......3some in the room..me Elaine and Yoshi was playing real hard .......................................on BIG 2...hahahaha, eating all sorts of snacks fruits and drinking coffee 2am in the morning....ar well...winner's treat..Yoshi, you still own us a steak meal!

Tokyo's EEL....very soggy~!

apparently, there are different ways of cooking eel rice in Japan, the southern style are more crispy and the one in Tokyo area are more soggy....I personally prefer the first one....nevertheless, it still taste very nice.. The first pic is steam white eel...and the third one is eel liver soup....um.....not my favourite......but I have to say, it was very satisfy to finish the whole box of rice..hahaha

Trip to Tokyo II

2nd Day

Randomly went into a coffee shop on the second day, we could hear the music from the door, it was quite nice so we tried, when we sat down and look at the menu, each coffee cost like 1100 yen!!!!....wah..and they have a BlueMountain No.1 which they serve only 8 cups a day, luckily that I got the second last, and it tastes absolutely amazing. The place doesn't look posh at all, was really hommy, and they display many cup and saucer like at the back, it was so nice, I really wonder how much profit they can make, but I really appreciated their effort

My favourite hopping....POKY!~I love POCKY...so much..just the original one tho, I am not a big fans for those fancy one..

Can't believe they sell strawberries like how we sell fishballs.....4 strawberries on a bamboo stick..they taste good but look really fake. at first I thought it was those rubber display~! Hahaaaaaaaa

Delayed sleep phase syndrome (DSPS), also called phase lag syndrome, is a circadian rhythm sleep disorder. However, unlike jet lag and the effects of shift work, delayed sleep phase syndrome is a persistent condition. In clinical settings, it is one of the most common complications of sleep-wake patterns.

Delayed sleep phase syndrome results from a desynchronization between the patient's internal biological clock and the external environment. Unlike jet lag, this desynchronization is not activated by travel or change in external environment. Rather, the patient's propensity to fall asleep is simply "delayed" in relation to that of the general public. Subsequently, a patient with DSPS is desynchronized with the routine that governs most of his or her life.

Patients typically are unable to fall asleep before 2 a.m. and have extreme difficulty waking early (e.g., by 7 a.m.). People with DSPS are sometimes called "night owls" or are described as "not being morning people." If they are able to sleep a full 7 to 8 hours (e.g., until 10 a.m.), they feel rested and function normally. Unfortunately, this is usually not the case.

The main difficulty for patients with DSPS is functioning early in the morning for school or work. A person with DSPS often fails courses in school or loses jobs, affecting them socially and compromising their health.

Patients with DSPS may initially refer to their symptoms as insomnia. As soon as people deviate from a normal sleep pattern, they tend to assume that they are not capable of sleep at all, but this is not true. Patients with DSPS are able to get plentiful sleep; it just differs from traditional sleep-wake patterns. DSPS makes it hard to wake up in the morning when simultaneously indulging in a late night sleep routine.

Incidence and Prevalence
Incidence of delayed sleep phase syndrome is unknown. In a recent study involving 5,000 participants, DSPS accounted for about 40% of disorders involving sleep-wake schedules. DSPS may surface in childhood and it occurs most often in young men. It is estimated that the disorder affects approximately 7% of teenagers

EASON CHAN 2006 ! "GET A LIFE"

It was amazing and those props and costumes were just fascinating, well Bong Bong and vic found it really random, specially the 2/3 car, the fire fighters and the spider, but I love it, it is so colourful,...hahahahahaha, well I love the little wooden house most, we were dancing and singing for almost 2 hours, and he sang almost 10 songs after encore, what a concert really! follow by a bowl of wanton noodles, very satisfy!

<---- That's the Valentine's gift that I made for the client, 10 truffles in da box from Chocolux..yum yum, I went to Chocolux with Yoshi last week, it was amazing, specially the warm chocolate pudding,.....once again proof why chocolate can be as good as sex!

A Day in Lamma Island, yes I know, Lamma Island again, ph well, I guess I am just not creative enough (or too lazy) to explore new places, anyway, beach, pizza, we picked those sea shells, they are actually really small, but most of them are complete and very pretty, was planning to stick it onto a cardboard and frame it, didn't make it at the end, will try to get it done this weekend. Anyway, I am planning to stay in Cambridge court for a while before bong bong move in, perhaps just few hours after work,
