well i guess i eat alot. Today i noticed in these mirrors that my arms are finally the way i want themm..i have fat backs behind my stomach..and huge elphant legs. but im goin work out tonight as long as i possibly can.

well I haven't been doing well.i just eat && eat..ugh well my realatives are here && i think thats why btu they leave monday so then i wont have to think about food

TIP: take multivitamins but make sure eat something w/ it...dont eat after 6:30 thats when your body slows down...
