    tip- DONT EAT ANYTHING AFTER 6:30PM..YOUR BODIES METABLISOM SLOWS DOWN.

well i guess i eat alot. Today i noticed in these mirrors that my arms are finally the way i want themm..i have fat backs behind my stomach..and huge elphant legs. but im goin work out tonight as long as i possibly can.
