I'm fat.

intake:

breakfast: 250

lunch: 300

dinner: nothing or soup

exercise:

DDR: 300

daily strenght training: 100 maybe

    tip- DONT EAT ANYTHING AFTER 6:30PM..YOUR BODIES METABLISOM SLOWS DOWN.
