I thought about titling this entry "where the heart is", but then I thought a little more and decided it was not accurate, hence, the title you see above - "where the body [currently] is".
My heart is in a lot of places right now...but my body [currently] is at home.
Have you figured out yet what the rest of this entry will be about?
Ah, yes, you're right - home.
"For David says concerning him,
'I saw the Lord always before me,
for he is at my right hand that I may not be shaken;
therefore my heart was glad, and my tongue rejoiced;
my flesh also will dwell in hope.

or let your Holy One see corruption..."
-Acts 2:25-27

[I took that picture this summer from the back-porch]In the picture, those two mountains look like one massive plateau,
but in
reality, their summit elevations are 4000'+.
Aww, how nice it would be to go for some nice ridge-line hiking over those mountains...
Can't wait to get back on the A.T. sometime in the next 5 months...
even just a weekend here and there would be most lovely.
The trail beside the creek covered in snow.

And the creek itself, surrounded by snow

It is possible to go "tubing" in the winter-time.
"When Lizzy coming home from college?" Seeing her picture on my wall at school is quite a motivator...
and below it, the text:
"Something to smile about" - yes, indeed.
Haven't actually gotten to see the little munchkin yet,
and Sunday afternoon is when I fly back...
"He will make a way..."
As Thanksgiving day is coming to a close, I got to thinking about how to sum all I am thankful to God for in one word...life. All things we enjoy, experience, etc. are only possible because we are alive.
