| New stuffOk so I know I have a lot of writing to do. I'm not exactly how I'm going to do all this but I will try to explain it all as best as possible. I did survive midterms, and classes are going ok. I'm just wishing this semester would hurry up and be over. I think that if I take 17 hours next semester and 9 during the summer I should be able to get my associates degree. I'm still getting all the kinks worked out of it but we will see. I'm starting a new job in a week hopefully. I got the job just dont know when it will be. I am transfering to the ER to answer all the incoming phone calls for the hospital. I'm only going to be working Fri-Sun from 11pm-6am but it will be really good money. I can't wait to start all the new people I will be working with are so excited. I finally got all of my financial aid coming in. It only took until the semester was almost over. Oh well. Now I can finally get some new stuff that I really need like a desk, clothes, and possibly new computer. | | |
| Well things are getting really busy down here. I have all of my midterms hitting at once within the next week. My boyfriend will be here in 16 days. Its so crazy how things work out. We have been "dating" for a month now. He has been one of my best friends for the past two years and over the past three months or so we just started talking a lot more. I finally got up the guts to tell him how I felt and we've been together ever since. Unfortunately I will not be coming up to TN like I had planned. Jared will be gone that weekend so my mom is nto comfortable with me going alone, this is also why John is coming all the way down here to see me. I'm very happy about it because I get to show him where I live and where I grew up. Also I'm not totally sure about school anymore. I went to my orthodontist and I'm going to be getting braces again so that puts me back financially a lot. I'm actucally thinking about going to Carson-Newman but I'm not sure at this point. I I would rather stay in TN then move to NC. I miss you guys a lot and I'm sorry that I have not been able to write or call a lot. Work and school are getting so crazy I hardly have time for anything else. I'm sorry and I promise that I will make it up to Johnson City as soon as possible. Love you all!  | | |
| Well school has finally started for me down here. It's going pretty good. I am still trying to get used to having online classes and trying to work 40 hour weeks. Since the last entry I did buy a car...a 04 Dodge Stratus. I really need to take a pic of it! I didn't get the job at Lowe's because it was only part time. This past week has been very exciting because one of my friends had a baby. Her husband is overseas fighting this war so that was kind of hard on her not having him here. Her baby is so beautiful and I can't wait to have one of my own. If you had asked me if I wanted one while she was in labor I would have said no way but after it was all over I realized that it was completely worth it. Not a whole lot is going on down here besides stupid hurricanes. I will be going up to TN/NC some time in Oct. its just a matter of getting the trip to work around the two tests I have on the 14th. Anyways I hope everyone is great and I really love you guys and miss you like crazy!!! | | |
| Ok so I haven't really been on here a whole lot in the past few months. I'm currently working at the hospital making about $8.50/hr. Its going ok but I'm not getting the 40 hrs. a week I want. I'm in the process of getting a job at Lowe's which would be full time and at $10/hr. I also recently got approved for a car loan. I'm planning to but a 00' Honda Civic EX. Its a manual!!! It has power everything and a sunroof. I will be sure to add pictures after the purchasing is final. Hopefully everything will work out. I'm not really doing a whole lot else, just working and still moving things into our new house. Oh yeah...my mom just bought a new house for a 1/4 million dollars. Its not on beachside but its right on the river. Plenty of room for anyone who wants to come down during fall or spring break. Hope everyone is doing well. Love ya. | | |
| So I realize that I'm a horrible person for not writing anything until now. Sorry I've become more addicted to myspace. Not much is really new with me. Bethany and I went out to dinner tonight and then went to Target. I bought this really cute shirt and a cd and I didn't even have to pay anything for it. I used the giftcard that I got during that focus on your future stuff.
Saturday I'm going to hang out with Todd after I get off work. The plan is for him to teach me how to use a rifle. I dont really know what we will be doing other than that.
Its so cold in this room. I really want to go home right now, I'm totally not used to this weather and its not very much fun to call home and hear about how its like in the 70's. My plan for spring break is to get a tan, hopefully I will have time to make it to the beach atleast once.
In other news family weekend was pretty cool even though I didn't get to spend it with my family. I had dinner on Saturday with Bethany's family and then we also went and got Heather's wedding dress which is so beautiful. Almost makes me wish that I was still getting married.
