| here I go again. Ive fallen back into that trap, But I was never set free... Stick around and you wiSo I should be in bed but Im so excited for today that I cant shut my eyes haha. I just did a natuarl laxative (sea water flush) My stomach feels like its going to explode. Im so full from water. But I remember last time that I felt so much cleaner and lighter while on the cleanse. I cant wait this time tho cause there is nothing that will mess it up. | SOoooO I got a cleanse today :) Its the Master Cleanse except its already made. So it will be so easy to do it this time. Last time i felt amazing until I broke it. But that wasnt my fault. I cant wait for tomorrow!!!! I didnt do as well today on eating cause mom cooked bean burritos and I had to eat one.... But she can make me eat but she cant make me keep it down. Im guilty, I purged. But i just couldnt keep it down. Even tho i purged im working out extra tonight. I dont want to risk of gaining any weight UPDATe more later with thinspo! |

| Perfection will come easy when you try hard enough Weight::: 150.5 (this morning) and 149.5 (this evening) Hopefully 148 Tomorrow and 145 by this weekend ;) 1 Days of success =) (Getting Thinner one day at a time) IN-Take::: Grapes about 3 bites of Pasta salad OUT-Take::: 30 minutes of cardio I have to leave for a bit. But im giving myself a curfew and im going to try and be back home by 10-10:30 so I can finish up my exercises. I have done alot of walking today also :)
