The simple answer to your quesiton is this: to affect any change on any level one must first have one of the two following things either a position of power, or the ear of someone in a position of power. (In response to the second part of your comment, I checked both sites, no where on there, besides in the area described on your site, do I ever mention being an airborne ranger without some form of a disclaimer. If you find an area where I have not done so, I would like you to please point it out to me, as I assure you that I had no intention of misleading anyone, nor do I have.)

Back to my political venting WTF why did bush choose such a mystery for a judge.

Even if you were President, though, how exactly would you convince Congress to agree with you? (Sorry if I ask too many questions. I just like hearing each detail!)

Have either of you been to http://www.usparatroopers.org? It's one of my Dad's favorite places on the web. If you can wade through the swearing (which, being in the Army world, one must), the men there have lots of helpful information.
