I haven't updated all summer... so I guess some highlights are in order:
1) Works just... sucks
2) Will moves out
3) Ensuing bad luck: public drunkeness, trying to find a new apt, drama, re-evaluation
4) Broker screws us (me and justin) out of an apt for too much money
Things started to get better slightly:
4) Michael, an unknown, sublets and turns out to be a chill German dude [when I did see him]
5) Found a new place in the upper east
6) The Alex strikes back... with Janie in tow
7) Band is slowly recording new record, which sounds NASTY... i luv it
8) Visited Dallas
9) Winning consistently w/ online poker (pointless, yes, i know)
Downhill:
10) Moving out of 71 Broadway - deposit for moving out, screwed on security deposit, paying for cost to break down a wall, repairs that we should never pay for
11) 4 Chicago trips in 1 month - and NOT for fun
12) Katrina
13) Lost money at Foxwoods
It's not so bad in the end... as it could be so much worse... nonetheless, i'll wait for the time when things start looking on the up-and-up and when it does i will be out there in full force, helmet and all
