    had the juice from a watermelon
    took 4 diet pills
    feel bloated and full. it sucks. i wish i didnt take them. whatever, they cant rlly hurt right?

  • um so my whole plan of fasting for the week failed
    i made it 40 hours
    only 40 hours before fuckign having pita bread with jelly
    that was a good 1000? iono
    i binged a ton yesterday
    b: pita (200) flax (100?) 
    S: egg white omlette (50)
    L: salad (100. fine) then i had a bowl of cerela with peanutbutte rin it ewwww (300?)
    rockclimbing -100?
    D: skipped in hopes of being good
    but then i had flax (100) a can of tuna (70) and ice cream (350) and chocolate (200)
    so fucking mad at myself
    total of like 1500
    effing kill me. please
    fasting today until i pass out

    hah going well. i better lose. i better.
    trying to decide if i should exercise or just try to save some energy
    i was starving earlier but its all gone away. i dont really feel. anything right now. no emotion or hunger or tiredness or anything. kind of nice. yay.
