| InserviceSo, today I had my first inservice. 8:30-3:30 with a hour and a half lunch break. I actually learned a lot from this inservice. It was all about writing. It is a "program" called the writing academy. I am not so nervous to teach writing now with all the TAKS stuff. I went with two of the other teachers that are going to be on my team. yay!! We had lunch together and just talked a whole bunch about school stuff. I am excited about entering into this new part of my life. I move into my apartment in 1 week and 1 day. Next Thursday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a job as a waitress at Barry's restaurant...I love it
I got a job as a fourth grade ELA teacher at Lexington Creek Elementary. I am so excited because this is where I student taught and I am so excited!!!
I got an apartment. They are called the Trestles and are like 2 minutes from my school.

| Summer JobI am looking for a summer job where I can make some money. I have been looking at waitressing but no one wants to hire me because I will not work on Sunday mornings.....Aghh
