Prov 28:19

19 He who works his land will have abundant food,
but the one who chases fantasies will have his fill of poverty.

I have finished my first law school class half an hour ago. Criminal Law sounds like an intimidating subject, but it actualy isn't that bad. It is quite interesting learning how our legal system works and determine whether a person is culpable. The past 7 week has gone by so quick and so slow at the same. I'm glad that it has come to an end. Yet, I know I'm going to miss the new friends I have met.

Anyway.........alright I got several days to study for Criminal Law final then the summer fun starts. An old friend is coming in town to visit, followed by Youth Camp then Maui trip It is gonna be a great 3 weeks of school break before joggling school and work again.

As Summer came to an end, there are several things I'm looking forward to this Winter.

  • Trip back to Taiwan/Japan. It will be sweet to visit Japan with my mother. A country I have wanted to visit for quite sometime. Of course, kicking with the family in Taiwan is always awesome. I'm excited to see my two nephews!.
  • Attend Emily and Anthony's wedding on 12/23. I haven't been back since 4/06 for the baby blue basketball tourney. I miss my uncle and aunt.
  • and....lots and lots of snowboarding!!

Here is the bible verse I read this morning. I thought it was really encouraging to me as I read it earlier and I wanted to share it with you guys.

Romans 8:28, NLT

"God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God."
