| New years goal work my max bench up to 300lbs than i thought 315 would be nice 6 45s on the bar would make me feel good.... Yup must get in shape bulk up to that and tone out is the plan me and mac are gonna do this. It is a must to get done this year! That and if it happens to swing by maybe i coule spend next new years with somone instead of being single ^_^ |
