I just want to share it now. So, I feel this song is one of the greatest, most glorious expression of how majestic our God is. The artistry of it all--- lyrics, description, the type of praise it conveys, the sense of knowledgeable worship--- is indeed indescribable. Sure, I know it's popular and that this Chris Tomlin guy is very talented. Yes, grateful am I to see such a song is written. God must have filled Mr. Tomlin with such great conviction as such expressive words came inking out on paper. But it does not matter who wrote it, how popular it is, or how great it sounds for it is written for one purpose only --- hosanna to the Highest One! yes, I love this song, most importantly, for the fact that it's absolutely selfless (not a single "I") and absolutely a worship song ("You"). | | |
