So wow...I haven't updated this thing in FOREVER. So I'm in Florida right now b/c my cousin Corey just had a double lung transplant. (He's doing great by the way.) Anyways, I fly home tomorrow. I'm excited to get home and back to Pent, but sad b/c I hafta leave my family. Especially Corey, that kid is amazing...let me tell you. But yea, I can't sleep right now and I hafta be up in a little over 4 hours. Looks like somebody might be taking a nap on the plane. I don't really have much else to say except that to those people who are always yelling at me for not updating this*cough* Natalie! *cough*...you better be reading this and you better leave me a comment!

So the past three weeks have been great. Pent's been home and we got to hang out with each other and that doesn't happen very often since he goes to school 3 hours away. But next year will be better since I got accepted to gto to Defiance College in the fall. Woo! Go me. Anyways, Pent, leaves tomorrow and I'm sad and stuff. Hopefully he'll be home for my birthday though, we shall see. He's the greatest though.I just wish he knew how much he really does mean to me.

so i've come to the conclusion that i've got the greatest boyfriend in the world. so he wasn't even supposed to be in town until about 9 tonight and he was gonna show at the basketball game. well it turns out that he got in late last night and he surprised me a school today and brought me lunch. i was so excited. now he's home for 3 weeks and that's even better. plus on wednesday i got my acceptance letter from defiance so all in all, it's been a pretty good week. i know i haven't updated this thing in forever, sorry everyone. oh yea! i almost forgot...i also saw staven or the first time since he's been back, that was exciting and stuff. but yes i don't have much time so i shall leave it a that and update sometime soon.

it has been an incredibly long time since i've updated this thing.

since my last post, i came to my senses and realized that the guy i'm supposed to spend the rest of my life with has been right under my nose since august 18, 2004. but the 2 of us were both to stubborn to say anything sooner.

his name is Pent and he's the most amazing person i've ever met in my entire life. (see picture) things with him and i are, well...perfect. there's really no other word i could use to describe it. we work so well together and we have so many things in common it's scary. Barb, my ex-step-mom was his kindergarten teacher, we both worked at the springfield farmer's market a few years ago and never actually talked to each other. then along came the first day of school last year and there i was, sitting in 2nd period study hall all alone b/c it was my first day at a new school and i didn't really know anyone.

Pent being the outgoing person he is invited me to sit with him, Matt, and Steph. and everyday after that i was able to count on him to be there for me and make me smile.

we've been officially dating since july 5th. and our first summer together was fantabulous. but it all came to a close thrursday night when we had to say goodbye to each other b/c he was leaving for defiance to go to school friday morning. i cried...a lot.

as if things couldn't get any worse, he found out friday morning that he wasn't allowed to take his car with him to school and so he won't be home until 2 days before thanksgiving. (his grandma is my hero for that one though)

so i get to see how good we are at the long distance relationship thingie. which i know we'll do okay, it'll be rough but we'll make it through it. besides 101 days isn't that long to wait to see the guy your in love with, right? HA! who am i kidding? i'm gonna go insane over the next 3 and a half months. but on november 22nd, my sanity will come rushing back to me when i get to wrap my arms around him again.
