A life without goals will go through its given amount of years monotonously, accomplishing nothing! Here are a few of my goals:

Create a worldwide league for the game of Waterfowl Circumambulation and eventually have it included in the Olympics.*

Write for a journal of literary criticism which specializes in autobiographies, biographies, and semibiographies.** I will publish the symbolism I find hidden within these books.

Travel to the grave of every U.S. President.

Become an astronaut and land on the Moon.***

I hope the ambition I have shown is like a light-house to your life, an example of what a man of ambition should act like.

                ~Gordan

*But you say, is it a Winter or Summer sport? why, Winter of course! Waterfowl Circumambulation is best played on ski's
**Semibiography: any autobiography partially finished and later completed by one other than the initial author.
***This will naturally be the last of my endeavors. As the 13th man to walk on the moon bad luck would assuredly come upon me.

Everyone is more articulate in their heads
Are there amazing ideas in your head? Do you have ideas that could change the world world significantly, for the better? Do you have these ideas but cannot find the words to express them? If you do, chances are, your ideas are complete rubbish.
Monday, February 25, 2008

"I find that the harder I work the more luck I seem to have." ~Thomas Jefferson

Two major problems (that I can see clearly. I'm sure I have innumerable amounts more!) I have are:
    1) Procrastination. I read a good quote on this one last night: "Procrastination is like masturbation: it feels good while you're doing it but in the end you're just f@*^ing yourself." Take a look at your daily life and realize how many useless and time consuming things you do. If I worked efficiently I would actually get something done.

    2) Lack of sleep. I know sleep is just a symptom of caffeine deprivation, but for happiness to be a side effect of life you need sleep. My body clock and sleep schedule are rather off kilter. I need to fix this.

Random xkcd comic:
