Around Our Home This Christmas

Counting Down!!! And yes, there are chocolates in there..much to Matt's delight!

Snowfall, just days after we put  up our tree!

Our stockings hung by the chimmney with care...

Our Sparkling WINTER WONDERLAND TREE! And yep, it's snowing right there out the window as I took this!!!

These guys are specially hand painted by my Mom... there are more too...

These guys welcome you on your way upstairs!

And because I couldn't resist, Jackson...who gets GIDDY in the snow as you can tell...moments earlier he had a santa beard from diving right in! Look at that GOOBER grin!

May I just say...

YOU ARE WELCOME!!! (yet again!!)

That's right, if we look back exactly one year in my postings, you'll note that 2 days after I put up my Christmas tree, it snowed. Now call me crazy...but last night it snowed...and two days before that, I put up my tree!!!!!! Granted, it didn't stick like it did last time, at least not unless you're in the mountains, but honestly people, what do you want from a girl, I can't do it ALL!!!

So AGAIN I say, YOU ARE WELCOME

What We've Been Up To...

Matt built this amazing retaining wall around our property..it looks sooo GOOD! Next it was prep the yard for soil delivery

In comes the SLINGER, the most beautiful invention that can shoot like you wouldn't believe and saves DAYS and DAYS of work...whoever thought of this bad boy is BRILLIANT!!

I'm pretty pumped, we've finally got soil....after a WHOLE YEAR..we're about to have a YARD!!

Our flower beds..finally! You have no idea, we've been picturing this since the first day we moved in LAST YEAR!!

The PERFECT LAWN..seeded and groomed by the pros, Matt and my Dad...

YIPEEEEEEEEEE!! LAWN !!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's coming!!

Aww..more planting goodness!

WE CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S DONE!!!!!!!! Now we just gotta wait for the green goodness to pop up!!
