oh the flu season is hereeee!!!

I'm all clogged up and hoarse. It sucks-- but working with two snotty kids you're bound to catch something eventually. So its been forever since I've updated this thing... most people i know have gone to myspace (i know i know kelly, xanga is way better) I just hope and pray all is well with everyone. I know, for many of you, you are back at valley forge, and for some in minnesota or florida.. dang where did everyone go. It's crazy to think of how much has taken place since i've been on here. So many weddings and new births and just new chapters in people's lives. How exciting. But anyway- I guess this is more just a reflection blog- and i gotta get scootin- so later on kids. hope all is well.

wow .. i forgot about this thing.

so ashamingly i'll admit... i've been sucked into the myspace world. mainly because i hate writing on this piece and then never getting any freakin feedback! haahaha. but yeah, if anyone out there is interested in keepin up with me im on there now.. i think my name is just leslie.. Where have all the Xanga's gone?

well... i caved in and created a myspace. its not really much to look at as of yet, but dont fret! i'm workin on it. haha

so. work is going well. its awesome to get paid for doing something you love to do. the LORD continues to bless me everyday, and its extremely exciting to see my life changing in so many different ways.

Robots (the disney movie) is freakin hilarious. i recommend it to everyone.

the countdown continues: Sarah's wedding is next week!!! man oh man, a well deserved vacation with my girls. zoinks i can't wait. :) hope everyone is doing fabulous, keep me posted.

HE is GOOD all the TIME, ALL the time HE is GOOD.

I just wrote a whole entry and it got lost... bummer. So. lets try this again.

Sometimes we forget that although God doesn't always answer our prayers the way we want Him to, it doesn't mean He's not totally going to rock our socks off. He's way bigger than we give him credit for. And through the past few weeks He has been proving these facts over and over.

It's been a grueling month and a half on a chase for a family (for a nannying position). Interview after interview, driving all over, feeling the sting of those sickening gas prices...God has now given me the thumbs up. I start tomorrow with a family, better than I could've imagined. Now I'm on the look out for a new place. Then after, a new ride. With the Lord as my pilot, im freakin goin places. Praise HIM.

Soo. LOTS of stuff to be thankful for... tons of stuff to look forward to. Sarah's wedding is this month, and with that will come a well needed beisel 103 reunion with the girls. 2 nights, 3 days.. hotels, nyc trip.... loads of laughs and pictures to reminice the great time are sure to be had.

Conclusion: THE LORD IS FAITHFUL. I've learned to live each day not as if it was the day of crucifiction, but the day of resurrection. After the storm comes the rainbow- all those cheesey statements are true- so find comfort in that!!!     I do.
