| I havnt writtin in here 4 a while ummm nothin really new i hurt my ankle sometihng about ligaments n stuff so that sux ummm today me j pope bj L n calo were all up at the rec then dominic calo dan and eric were over 4 a while so that was fun n all i really been doing is playing basketball n NCAA '06 that game is the shhhit... leave some comments...

| Today was kinda fun i woke up at 8 to go to lifting then i went to the rec n shot 4 a lil bit with calo then i came back home n chad came over 4 a while n we just chilled we were gonna go c a movie with some other people but things just didnt work out... i dont no what to think...

| Last night was fun me n zach were up till like 4 we watched the girl next store and coach carter but i wasnt really watching cuz i was on the phone  but this morning i went to this deomstartion me jope and calo went to central and helped out with a middle school camp so that was cool but ill ttyl peace
