I just wanted to jump in here being I have a few minutes before it is time for me to start my day.  I have come to realization that there are people out there that are extremely insecure with themselves.  I mean seriously!!!  There is this one person that actually refuses to put a recent picture of themselves online like many of us have fairly new ones.  Mine was taken this past summer while cleaning up my kitchen.  In fact, all of them were taken when we moved up here over the summer.  Looks like we have nothing to hide!  I don't understand why they can't grow up and be happy with who they are and not be what they are not.  It is actually kind of sad if you ask me.  But no one is asking me because I live by the statement "if you don't want to know the truth, don't ask".  That is how it should be.

And another thing, people that insult the way another persons pet looks like has some issues there as well.  Especially being they owned the same thing at one point or another.  Sounds pretty silly to me.  Are they trying to hurt some ones feelings?  All they end up doing is showing just how stupid they really are.  I do hope that these types of individuals grow and see how childish they are being.  I thought we were to teach our children better than to do things like that.

Speaking about children, I am pretty pleased with the way the ones I have here are doing these days.  My stepson and daughter are both doing very well in school.  Would have liked to have seen better grades out of one but will admit that they are doing better than in past years.  That is a major plus!!!  The other daughter here is working very hard so that she might be able to get her car soon.  She really wants to cut down on some of the running that I have to do daily!  In fact, all of them are doing their best to help me out as much as possible.  I know it is hard for them especially being they all work stupid hours and at different places.  They really are good kids though!!!  I couldn't ask for much better than what I have here!!!

I would like to let you know that my mother-in-law is coming for Thanksgiving.  She hasn't ever been with us for any of the holidays.  This will be the first and am sure there are going to be many many more times to come.

One more thing before I run.  My other 2 stepchildren are coming up for Christmas.  We have decided to hold off on celebrating until they get here a couple of days after Christmas.  It is going to be GREAT!!!!  As you can see, WE are all getting excited about it.  We haven't spent anytime with them in almost a year and all really looking forward to their visiting!!!  I know they are looking forward to the visit as well.  I would like to let them know that we LOVE and MISS them terribly!!!

It has been a little busy around here.  Now I am spending a lot more time here by myself now that school is getting ready to start and the kids are working all the time.  Now it is time for me to figure out what I can do to kill time around here.   Any ideas?  I plan on getting some craft stuff done and possibly learn how to cook all sorts of different foods.  Who knows, I may just become a "closet" chef.    With me, you never know what to expect next.  

I would really like to Thank Classmates.com for they have gotten me intouch with at least one of my classmates from way back when.  Hopefully I will be able to run up a few more of them thoughout time.  I would really like to know how all of them are doing after so many long years.  If you are looking for long lost classmates from anytime over the years, try there.  They just might be able to find them for you.
