| My first day of school was actually alright.. [whoa, it just hit me..it's already school time! CrAzy..] Both of my teachers let me and my classmates out early today, because nobody had any further questions and yeah.. also, i actually liked being in school!   I'ma yearnin for some learnin!! 
I wore my $5 "Lifeguard La Jolla California" tee (that i bought in La Jolla) at school today.. a guy asked me what i'd do if i found him drowning and yelling out "help"... Um, hahah, o-kayy.. I thought, "uhh o-kayyy, weirdo"... i answered, "oh i'm not a lifeguard..i just like to wear t-shirts like these, especially when they're as cheap as 5 bucks." He replied, "Oh, that's cool, but even so.. [chuckling] i would love for you to save me." AHAHAHAHA!! Then he said, "it was nice to meet you - have a great day!" Oh man...it was weird, but it was some knee-jerker.. maaan, he wasn't even cute! Suxors! =P No offense, but don't do that... haha. Those cheesey pick-up lines just crack me up... some of the time...

On Saturday, i got to spend some time with my "shlos," haha (Ortezas and company). I had mucho fun with those girls! They're so crazy silly, hehe.. And Ajjie being so friggen loud...haha..love you girl! Emma did my eye make-up...it was purdy. Thanks Emma! I was dubbed, "Miss Spring" of the Calendar Girls. I remember Gandi's comment - that was clever, Gan, haha! Too bad i had to leave early, but hey!... Every moment that i spent with y'all crazy b!shes and hoes was worth every minute! Aww...ew, gag me. Just kidding.  But yeah, it's too bad that i didn't get to see Kahe and Rax...thas watchu guys get for being late! I got to see Johnny and Phil though.. daang! I hadn't seen you guys in forever years - twas good to see you again! =] I finally got to see Bess..it was nice to see you, Bess! I was just glad that i got to meet and re-unite with a few people... Oh man, Leah, Rose, and Rae were get'n jiggy on the floor...they're goooood! Real good, real good. I wish i could dance like them.. I was glad that i didn't stay long enough to see the freak "twin girls kissing"...that's just nasty...and naughty. =P But yeah, i can't wait to see the pics! Pics are so fun! Especially since us girls are soo silly...and hot (not me) in them, haha. Uhh, yeah, Saturday was just all around fun.

| I've had a lot going through my mind, not necessarily bad.. but yeah, i just wanted to xanga it..
I love Xanga. I don't think i could ever officially turn away from it. It has always been the one thing to vent to when all others aren't there for you, or when you don't feel like hearing anyone's shiz, or when you need to get a different opinion, or simply when you can't seem to get a hold of anyone to (with an optimistic attitude) praise with... yeah, you get the point.. but because of all those things and some more, the people who hate xanga always tend to get lured back in...sooner or later.. haha, am i right? I think so!
Some people "hate" xanga because of the drama and things alike, but it's really your attitude towards it that makes it the way it is.. did that make sense? =P I believe that in order for Xanga to be a good thing, the way of handling things have to be moreso controllable and positive than going crazy nuts towards the drama, etc. Just like everything else, with a positive attitude, you get a positive outcome. Sometimes, situations become gay even though you do have a positive attitude, but that is beyond our control. I do understand that there are some people who are known to be "drama kings" or "drama queens"... you just have to learn to shut them out (a bit) and move on.. I dunno if i made sense whatsoever, but i do know that Xanga has helped me a whole lot because of the way i use/handle it, etc. I really hope that helped someone... i'm thinking too much.
It's amazing how many (close, personal) friends i have on this thing.. and it's funny when i meet a friend/s of my friend/s and they say, "hey, you're that one chick on xanga!" Also when they say, "hey, you're that one chick on AsianAvenue (which was way back in the day)/friendster/myspace!"
Closing at Kohls last night was ACTUALLY fun! But that's only because Shanon and Jason (the managers/supervisors) were closing...they're so crazy fun and nice. Shanon had made a mess in the girl's depot, panty area. There were panties everywhere!! "Grab a panty!" Haha.. We all had to help her before we left, but surprisingly we all had fun...complaining and making fun of Shanon. She cool like that.. but it isn't enough for me to stay at Kohls... ha!
It took me 2-3 hours fixing up the other panty area, along with the socks, jewelry, hats, bags for the girl's section. It took me an hour-2 hours to fix up the boy's section. I didn't have enough time to finish the toddler section, but they actually "very much appreciated" the hard work i did. WOW. They'd usually be a jerk and be all anal about some other mess.. but yeah, i guess it was because last night, we had the cool managers/supervisors working that night..
Elyse (a coworker) and i were talking during one of our breaks.. She used to work Apparel (fixing up dressing rooms of the misses/casuals/career/mens). She hated it so much that she told Jason that if she wasn't going to be POS (a cashier), she was going to quit. He said he couldn't have that, so he put her in POS. She was saying that i (in Children's dept.), along with the people working in the home and shoe department, should get paid more than POS and people in jewelry and intimates. We work tens times harder and we get paid jack. Even though POS is a pretty good and easy job, i still don't want to work in retail ever again...
I've worked all departments because of someone not being able to do their shift and what not... SoOo, if you ever want to work at Kohls, be POS, or in jewelry or in intimates..
The order from easiest to hardest in my opinion (thru experience)...
-- POS, Jewelry, Intimates
-- Mens, Misses, Home
-- Shoes, Childrens
I am so glad that i only have four more days left till my last day at Kohls.. YEAH!
I've become pretty close with one of my coworkers at Kohls that i have just gained a new loverly friend. Jackie is her name, and she is a Filipina. She's so funny. Real talkative. She wants to hook me up with her boyfriend's friend...who is also Filipino. Haha. I don't know about that though..
I got to talk with Devin for awhile last night...gosh, i've missed that booger! Hahaha.. He so crazy funny!
Haven't really spoken in depth with Lyz, Danimo, the Ortezas, the Eastsiders in awhile.. =T Hope you're doing well, my friends! Gosh, i've just been so busy..
I wonder how Randy is doing in Europe... i oughta email him..
I used to email like there was no tomorrow. Now, i don't even check my (official) email account on a daily basis (like before)... i checked it the other day, and i received 100+ emails! Yikes! It saddens me that most of them were spam. =P
Only 4 more days till school starts up again... i'm not sad, but i'm not happy either. I'm pretty stoical at this moment. My emotion/s will prolly kick in during the weekend... =P

Bell Honda called our house the other day. I think my dad is getting an Accord....for my brother and me. Our Taurus is falling apart. Once we get something fixed, something else gets retarded. =P I really hope my dad is getting us this one car. He says that he will never buy us a car, but if he gets this one, my bro and i have to pay for insurance, gas, and all... I guess that's fair. Haha.
I so can't wait to work as a secretary/receptionist again! And for someone i know personally!

Recap for the past few days...
Friday:
I forgot what i did during the day, but at night, i went out to AZ Mills with Dan and my bro. We took some silly pics in the sticker booth - they turned out cute! =D
Rebecca met us at Desert Ridge where Dan and i had a water fight and where i slipped so very badly. Haha!
We went to Tower Records and checked out a few things. The song playing in the background of my page is a song that i discovered while listening to some cds. Pretty catchy music, yeah? I think so.
We then went to Barnes and Nobles to get some coffee and to chill a little.
Rebecca and i ditched the guys and scared them from behind. We went around some stores and came up from behind them.
My bro and Dan were spitting game with the lady behind the counter - they say they didn't like the girl and that they were just being nice because the girls were flirting with them. They said that they weren't pretty, but they were nice. Umm ok, haha.
We hung out in the parking lot for a few minutes while Dan was showing JM his new lights install inside his somewhat new car. It looks cool. It was cheap too, haha.
Dan let me drive his car. Yay!
When Dan drove, we almost died cause he almost hit my brother on the freeway. 
Rebecca split, because she had to go to work early the next day. JM, Dan, and i met up with Mae, Mel, Andre, and (a different) Dan, who also goes to UofA - what a coinkidink!
We met up with them at Mae's motel room. We took a bunch of silly pics. Good times, good times.
We then went to Denny's on Indian Bend.
I think our waitress was mad because we didn't get anything but drinks - we weren't hungry. Ah well.
Melissa said she looks like a dike. She sure twitched a lot...it was weird.
We then went back to Mae's motel room for a bathroom stop. When we got there, there was a cop and a guy, and the guy's shirt looked like he had blood stains and other stains on his shirt.. oh wait, i think that was the other night, when we went to Mae's. My bad. Haha.
Then we went home and everything was hunky dory.
Saturday:
Yeah, i forgot what i did... Oh, that's right, i worked. I closed. Closing at Kohls sucks major butt when you have VERY picky managers.
Sunday:
Church.
Got a perscription for glasses!!!! [Which i am now wearing to get accustomed to.. i feel dizzy. Haha.]
I found out that i am a little nearsighted and that i have slight astigmatism. I only need to wear my glasses at night, when i'm driving, and when i need to see things 10 ft. or more away from me.. for example, at the movie theatre.
It's weird. I always thought my vision was good... I mean, it's not that bad, but i always thought that vision wasn't this clear! I thought i had 20/20 vision, like i used to, but apparently not. =P I can see dirt and everything as if i'm scrutinizing it! The colors are more vivid too. I can see clearly!
"I can see clearly now, the rain is gone.." My brother and i used to sing, "I can see clearly now, my brain is gone" (K, sorry, couldn't resist.)
After church, my friends' father offered me a secretary job! YAYYYYY!!!! His former secretary was "insane." But yeah, i am now, once again, a secretary/receptionist. The hours are very flexible too! It's awesome! I'm quiting Kohls! Yay! Haha.
Rebecca, Jeff, and John wanted us to hang out with them after night church, but we promised Mae and them that we'd hang out with them.. it's so hard to have to hang out with everyone before almost everyone leaves for college and what not! =P
SoOo, we met up with Mae, Mel, and Andre at Carl's Jr. for dinner.
We then went to our house so that my parents could see Mae for a little bit.
Went to blockbuster to rent a movie. We rented a "scary" Chinese movie called "Inner Senses" or something like that..
Went back home to get our PS2 so we could watch it at Mae's motel room (where we saw that cop and guy with all sorts of stains on his shirt.) =P
We ended up not watching the movie, because Mae thought we could plug our ps2 into the tv. Haha. S'ok. We ended up watching Adult Swim and a little bit of HBO - Family Guy and Seabiscuit.
I was never a big fan of the Family Guy, but i have found it to be quite funny to the point where i'd want to watch it now..
I've seen Seabiscuit before, and i thought it was a pretty good movie.
I learned that Toby Macguire (or however you spell his name) isn't going to be in the next 3 Spidermans, because he hurt his back doing Seabiscuit. Sad story. =P
Anyway, Joey met up with us at the room. That dood is hilarious! He cracks me up everytime he speaks! Haha! The remarks he makes..haha, he's comedy!
Monday:
Worked.
JM, Mae, and Mel visited me at work.
We all split. JM and i went to Becky's for the prayer meeting. The prayer meeting seemed different, but it was a good different. Maybe cause more people showed up.
Lauren, Lisa, and i talked a little.. aw, those girls are precious. I'm gonna miss Lauren when she leaves for college tomorrow. Lisa's going to ASU, so we'll still be able to hang out.
My dad met up with us at Becky's with our conversion van, to help John move to his new apartment.
Man, John's desk is one heavy piece of...steel? Haha!
We're all strong (yup, including me ), so we managed to move all of his stuff to his new apartment with much ease.  Well, except for when John and i were having a hard time screwing his big lampstand back together again haha!
I never realized it before, but John and his dad have the same voice...it's so weird. They said that sometimes even they can't tell each others' voice apart when they listen to their voicemail and what not. =P
I met John's mom and she is uber nice.
After helping John, we went home where Mae, Mel, Andre, and Joey met up with my bro and me. We decided to just finally watch the "scary" Chinese movie, "Inner senses," at our house. I was scared in the beginning because i was expecting something really scary... but..it's not.
Inner Senses is about a girl who goes to a Psychologist because she sees dead people. (The dead people aren't even scary looking.) The Psychologist doesn't believe her, but then he later on starts to see things..
Around 20 minutes into the movie, we find out that the movie is more like a romantic drama. =P
We finished watching the movie around 2:30AM.. we all had to get up early this morning. Not smart. I can't get back to sleep, and i work in an hour up till 8 tonight. Help. Eh, at least i'm not closing..
Arite, i'ma try to take a little nap, before i work..

| Me oh my!! It's been a minute since i've last updated! Forgive me! Oh wow.. so much has happened during the past few days! (Or week/s?) Yeah, i'd have to say that this has been such an EVENTFUL summer! So much stuff goin on.. and at most, AWESOMEness has just been occuring from everywhere! [Like Rachel's sprinkler imitation!] Crazy! Yeah, this summer is one of the best summers i've ever had... Okies, here goes...

I saw the movie, "The Village." I had decided that i didn't really like it, but i didn't really dislike it either. I thought it was quite interesting... =P
There's this boy.. haha!
I am considered a close friend to this boy..excuse me, man.. and people have been telling me that it's obvious that he likes me..and that i should tell him about my feelings and all that good stuff.. haha. But i'm still not sure.. oh how i need guidance! =P
I have gotten so close to my church friends...it's great!
I went to Tucson with four friends awhile back..forget which day it was - there's forgetful Tara for yeh. Hopefully, my Tucson trip is a snappy recap..
Lindsay, JM, John, and i visited Dan in Tucson. He must've felt real special that four people, who love him dearly, visited him...the one and only Danimo! While he went to class, us four went to the union (at UA) to play a little DDR and a few arcade games..it was fun. Then Dan and Maria (his good friend whom we all met) joined us to shoot some pool. Kahe also joined us. It was nice to meet you Maria! It was nice to see you, Kahe! Afterwards, we saw Bourne Supremacy..pretty good movie, i'll say. After the flick, Dan showed us to his dormroom, and then we went into a studyroom to take a nap. Lindsay and i ended up being the only ones getting a nice and peaceful nap. The guys then sprinkled water on us to wake us up to go to church. We went to church and Lindsay drove in an area where she wasn't supposed to drive in, haha! We then went to Johnny Rockets...good place. Took Dan back to his place. Drove home listening to old classics like Ace of Base and other good stuff. Haha! The end of Tucson trip.
Work has been torture.
I am going to die. (No, not really.)
I worked 10 friggen hours on Wednesday of this week.
Holy mother of all creatures! I never knew that retail (at Kohl's) could be such a major kick in the bum!
I am definitely going to quit for good at that place after i get a different job..
Was going to work at the bank (since my friends' mom can help me out).
Downside to working in a bank is that i can get robbed with a gun pointed to my head, which has happened to my friends' mom. =T She's fine now though.
There's a part-time job being offered at church as something that i have experience in - pretty much a secretary job. I like office jobs like that.. easy work for a better pay than Kohl's. =P
I just want to quit Kohl's...fast. =P
My skin has gotten softer! Yay!
Mae's in town! YAY!!! We gon' partay! Woooooo!
Lyza is coming in town in September with her mom, and hopefully, with Devin.. Devin, you need to come! Haha. But yay! I'm so excited LJ is coming!
Lyz, you need to remind me 2 weeks ahead of time (2 1/2 weeks ahead of time to be on the safe side) the exact day and time that you're coming, or else i won't be able to request time off of work!
Rebecca asked me if i wanted to be her roomie when her lease ends in January at her current apartment. I said i'd be glad to be her roomie!
Rebecca has got to be one of the sweetest girls, if not THE sweetest girl, i know!
Rebecca gives such genuine hugs! I love when people give such tight and warm hugs like hers...and Kory's, and Richard's, and Dolly's, and Joy's, and... It reminds me of how great friends they've been and are.. Their hugs just always make me feel loved and special..awww..
Joy was in town when i was in San Diego this past weekend! BOOOOOOO!!!
I miss my enJOYment! Harhar. I miss you Joy! =(

Ok, i was going to go on with my San Diego trip, but i'm too tired to go on.. maybe next time..
