This post was originally 5 pages long, typed on Word, 2,239 words. It was the freaking longest xanga post ever in my life. It took an hour to write. But i had to edit out a lot of stuff that isnt ready to be told yet. so here is the really short version of my awesome post.
Thursday. The 28th of October. The day that I had been waiting for since 80 days ago. Me, theresa, bonnie, christine and amy with jake all left to go to mcdonalds at about 6. Then from there we went to the Electric Factory. We got there around 7 and waited in this huge line in the freezing cold. Finally we got in and there was the stage, right in front of us. Some guy was handing out little flyers that said "Meet the Bands Tonight" and i just thought it was too good to be true so i ignored it. So the opening bands play. The first one sucked, but the second one, The Format, was actually really good. So after 2 hours of waiting and being squised, Switchfoot comes out on stage. I honestly couldnt believe it. I never felt that excited in my life. I didnt know what to do. They started playing "Ammunition" and I was just in awe. It was amazing. They played every song off of Beautiful Letdown, and then played Learning to Breathe and Loser. When Jon said "this song goes out to all the losers and weirdos" i wanted to cry. We wanted them to play that song so bad. And wow. words cant describe. SO then they also played a new song about johnny cash or soemthing, and then they played this brand new song that they never played live before ever. We were the first to ever hear it. IT was awesome. They ended with Gone, and Jon was standing on the drum, and then when the song ended he jumped off right when he was liek "GONE" and it was amazing. After it ended I walked twoards the back to find Bonnie and Heidi and as I'm walking over I look down and see a folded bill. I was expecting it to be a 5 but i picked it up and it was a 20. I was like freaking sweet. So i go over to bonnie and heidi was like "SHE GETS TO MEET SWITCHFOOT" and i was like WHATTT how?? and they said, if you go buy a cd, they give you a wrist band and you get to meet them. So I said, how much does a cd cost, and they said 20 bucks. I run over to the FYE stand and get a cd and wristband. We go to the line forming by the stage. As me Bonnie and Heidi were waiting in line to meet them it must have been the moment of the most anticipation that i have ever experienced. We were standing 3 feet away from switchfoot, and then it was time. All of them were sitting at a table. You walk down the line, shake their hands and then sign your cd. First was Chad Butler. We shook hands, introduced, he asked how i was and yeah. Then it was Drew, who is this guy who might join the band. Then came Jerome. I shook his hand, he said "hi im jerome" and i said "Hi.." "whats your name?" "I'm Chelsey" he said, "Chelsey, thats a really pretty name" i was like ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!?!?! Jerome Fontamillas just complimented my name?!?! PEROSONALLY??? I was speechless, i manged to get out a "thank you so much" and moved on. Next was Jon <3 Foreman. We shook hands, I told him my name, he signed the cd, then i said "Jon, I love you" and he said "Oh your awesome thanks sooo much!!" and put out his hand again and we like shook again. It was magical lol. Then was Tim, same deal, he was saying something to me like "thanks somuch for coming your awesome" and i shouted back at them "YOU GUYS ROCK, i love you". It was the greatest 3 minutes of my life. Im not even kidding. Words can honestly not describe my feelings. That concluded my first concert ever. I think from seeing them preform live and meeting them made all of their songs so much more real and personal. When I got home the next day I put on Beautiful letdown and broke down crying. God is so amazing. I am so completely blessed. I cannot wait till them come back to Philly, the second they do, were getting tickets. I cant stop thinking about it all. I hope i never forget any of it. Breath-taking.
After the concert we all went home. I got home around 1:45, showered and got to bed by 2:30 am. Since the class trips were the next day, my alarm was set for 4:20 am. Ah what a nice 2 hour sleep. So we get to school at 6:30, get on the bus and off we go to Baltimore. I sat next to Stacy for half the ride up, and then with Kramer the other half. Caleb kept taking pictures of me with daves cell and setting it as his background. Dave was like no dont delete it, i like it. lol. So the aquarium and such was cool i guess. The best part was free time. Me, Bonnie, Heidi, Theresa, Bean, Paulie, Greg and Kramer hung out together. We went to eat at Pizzaria Uno. That was cool. I sat near kramer, greg and paul and got to talk to thema lot. It was fun. Then we walked around to malls and they got massages and such. On the bus ride home I sat with dave.
That night, we got off the bus and went to Heidi's house for her 16th birthday party. It was cool. It was me, bonnie, holli, stacy, theresa and christine. We just ate snacks and talked a lot.
Saturday we left Heidi's at 11. Came home and started to clean the house like crazy. I vacuumed a million times, dusted like crazy. It took so long. Had to move litter boxes and crap. Yeah it was crazy. I had only had about 9 hours of sleep from the whole period of time from wednesday night till saturday night. So i got tired early and fell asleep to halloween 5.
Sunday- mom woke me up an hour early accidentally so i got to eat before church. Church was good. I got home and cleaned more and went shopping because when i woke up sunday morning i was expecting about 5 people to come for the party, but then on the way home from church i got calls saying that about 12-13 people were coming. woah. I had to rush home, get showered, and then people started arriving at 4. Kramer was first, i showed him my room. The Nickie and Andrew B. came. Then Dave, Shane and Paulie came, then Heidi, Holli and Stacy. So yeah we like went on the trampoline, watched Halloween 2, laughed a lot, ate pizza, went back on the tramp and played a spin the bottle truth or dare type thing. Then we just hang out and whatever, some of them went trick or treating for a little. Yeah I'm really scared the party was totally lame. And it probably was, but they need to understand i was not prepared or expecting that many people. I mean, im ecstatic that they all could come cuz it made it a lot of fun, but idk, i jsut hope it didnt suck lol. So then Theresa and Bonnie slept over and that was awesome. We watched Scream and then talked and had the famous "confessions"...
That has to be the longest post ever in my life. but i needed to write every detail cuz this weekend definitely goes down in weekend history. so we need to always remember. all thats left to say is that i love flail plus holli and stacy, and all the COOL guys in our class that are not gay anymore and are so sweet and awesome. so this concludes my post. I hope you enjoy.

| - 24 - - - - - I cant post now but all ill say is that I [& Bon & Heid] got to skake hands with Jon Foreman, Chad Butler, Tim Foreman and Jerome Fontamillas. Jerome said I had a really pretty name and I told Jon that I'm in love with him and he was like "Aw thanks so much your awesome!" and gave me another handshake like thing. They all signed my cd. I still cant believe that we actually met Switchfoot. You guys dont know how much that means to me cuz you dont love them like i love them, except Bonnie, and Heidi. wow i still cant believe it happened...

Ok, so this upcoming week will be crazyyy crazy crazy. Let me run you through the schedule once again...
Tuesday: nothing out of the ordinary except going to literary forum...and One Tree Hill is on
Wednesday: same ol, same ol. Go home and get my stuff packed for Switchfoot concert the next day.
Thursday: The day we have been counting down for 60 days! It is finally arriving. So it will go something like this....a normal day at school, until about 9th period when we get more hyper and filled with anticipation. Then we all get in the van/car and off we go to the Electric factory. I know it will be the most excitd and hyper that we will every be. Then we shall rock the night away to the sounds of switchfoot. Get home around 12-1ish...we have no idea...then get packed for Friday.
Friday: Get to school extra early, around 7. Then off to Baltimore we go. Field trips are gay, but you gotta love 'em for the bus rides and the fact that there are no classes. Right after the field trip its....yeah you guys know...
Saturday: Get home from the Friday night thing, then I'm supposed to hang out with Max, maegan and skippy. and that better happen cuz it would be so awesome.
Sunday: Halloween. Bons, Trese, Heid and maybe Krames and Nick are coming over. Were gonna watch movies and then go out, then come back and watch move horror films to the wee hours of the morning. That should be much fun.
Monday-Tuesday: sleepin the days away.

Gwen- You and I both know how much we have been through. And since we made it through all of that and we still remain friends shows how much our friendship rocks. I mean, just think of all the times we had, like at camp, at Hilton Head, at school, hanging out all during flex last year, we have so much fun together. I can tell you anything and you listen without judging me ever. If i think of how my life would be withour you as my friend, it would suck. We have so much fun, whether its laughing at Chucky, or taking whorey pics. We've gone to so many auditions. Your voice is amazing, its gonna take you places, and when it does I'll always be right there supporting you. I'm sorry for ever telling you things that hurt you, I know you know its just to help you. I never want to intentionally hurt you. I'm so glad that I have you as not only a friend, but a best friend. I just bought these shoes today. I know you think they are ugly. But I needed some non-white shoes cuz they get dirty to darn fast. And black shoes look really awkward lol nickie, so i got gray cuz their inbetween lol.
haha the eagles just won, i bet kramer they would lose in overtime but they proved me wrong. Akers proved me wrong. that silly lil field goal kicky guy. haha, yes as you can see im not one that knows much about football. But anyhow...
