Happy Easter

Happy Easter Everyone!
Ok I haven't posted for a while so I guess I'll start posting more since I'm on night shift again.   Annnyways yea Easter was pretty packed at Grx today.  I did my 9pm - 7am shift the night before and then right after got some McDonalds and then went off to help out at KidZone (day care while church service is going on)

It was super busy cuz there were double the amount of kids usually there, 70 of em
so I ended up doing a bunch of things that day:
had to run around the building area directing people,
toss a few easter eggs around,
watched over 2 yr olds for most of the time, man lots of snot noses and playing w/ blocks, (3 adults and like 11 kids)
made a bunch of graham cracker snacks in cups, for all the kid groups, ended up using all the crackers and was like crap! not enough redistribute! gotta even them out(felt like a busy bartender)
Took pictures of all the groups of em
played some wii

Then it was time for 2nd service after all of that
usually they have a table around w/ breakfast stuff but I'm guessing that went gone quick sigh*, drank some coffe to keep awake even though i think coffee is bleh*, starbucks is good usually to me though
awesome dances!  I totally thought this 1 person I knew that was supposed to dance was up on stage but it ended up being someone else, sigh* my eyes are getting old

Then the after service mingling -
met 2 people from Riverside that I haven't seen in like 3 years which was awesome,
found someone I talked to during a Chinese New Years BBQ, sooo many people around

walked w/ pastor dave out back to kidzone since he was looking for his kids,
went out to lunch w/ some people,
went back to my apt, and crashed into bed

Loveboaters question! & also cardio kickboxing

Hey Everyone!
    This is a 2 parter
Ok my new apt complex is awesome since it's 2 miles from Ranch99 and w/ the activities that the apt has.
I did cardio kickboxing last monday and my instructor's an early 30's Japanese Lady w/ a lil bit of accent which was cool cuz she would say stuff like:
her: punch, HA!  kick, HA!
me: punch, HUH! kick, HUHH!
her: Yoooounng Man! I did not wanta-a HUUUH, I wanta-a HA!

punch punch kick  .  down  .  down  .
punch punch kick  BIIIIIIIIIG SMILLLE-LUU!!!

she's cool though so all of this sounds hot!

ok question to my old taiwanese study tour a.k.a loveboat buddies:
My brother is gonna be going on loveboat this summer but he's deciding between camp1, camp2, and camp3

From what I remember(brief rundown):
camp1 and 2 stayed in taipei for the first 2 weeks: we traveled every afternoon to a different place, had chinese lessons and 2 rec classes in the mornings, and some culture shows around the evenings, and then the after evenings events of clubbing/night markets/internet cafes.  The 2 weekends free to go visit family.

then the 2nd 2 weeks we traveled all around taiwan, w/ that super colorful duffle bag, and stayed in hotels which had fancy blue slippers.

camp2 is what we did(thus our loveboat camp2 xanga group),  camp1 is the same except on the last 2 weeks we went clockwise around the island while they went counter-clockwise, and camp3 was something in tai-zhong where they traveled more and did some hardcore studying of chinese? (That's all I remember from what they said of camp 3, what did camp3 do?)

from what my parents read on what's going on this summer :
camp1 starts, then camp2 starts a week later? and then camp3 starts a week after that?  Anyways we're trying to figure out what's going on this summer and if it's different from what was going on when I was going through it.

New Place

Hey All!
Alrite well yesterday I just moved into my new apt in Sunnyvale, CA woohoo! no more 2 hr commutes.  Been working during the days, which has been nice, busy but nice.

About my apt complex, it's a nice place and they have community stuff like cardio kickboxing, salsa dancing, sunday breakfast, and movie nights every week so yea a lil different than normal but I plan on going to all of it! (movie night eh~ depends on movie)

Hmm, what else - been going to the asian market plazas around, downtown mountain view, and clubbing in south san jose which has been good stuff.

Anyways that's what's going on.

me and roomate paul, were thinking of a lil move-in event buut gotta set things up and make it not empty before something like that'll happen

2007

Happy New Year all,

hmm, checklist of things to do, i guess you can call them resolutions:

get a gym membership preferably 24hr since I have a crazy job schedule sometimes~
kinda want to do a martial art/culture dance or something
get an apartment closer to work in the southern bay area
learn to speak chinese super good, not just get by - i got a lesson pack that I can listen to on the way to work=p
meet more south bay-ers since i'm around the area
do more side projects faster - last couple months of switching me around has got me tired
Get a class or 2 for the heck of learning more prob berkeley since i'm a UC alum
figure out what to do during chinese new year since I have 6 days off that weekend , a vacation maybe~
go to southern california again to get my diploma sometime at the end of January or Feb

ack there's more but i can't think of em right now maybe next post

alrite well it's been a lil less than a week of being 25.

what does that mean i can do?(but do not plan on doing!)
I can rent cars for a cheaper price(no)
go to speed dating like on hitch(nono)
go to those few 25 and over clubs(hmm sure)

what does my age mean?
i'm a quarter century old
i'm half way to 50 (sigh*)

the next milestone age is 30 which means I'm old(haha j/k fellow coworkers harhar =) and should be married... scary
whenever I webcam w/ my grandma she says(in taiwanese), "oh such a handsome boy, you have a wife yet?"

this week i got carded...... for trying to buy a horror action video game ><' which i didn't buy cuz it's not on sale  yet, do I still look like I'm under 18?? bleh
