| My dad today suffer a heart attack at 3pm after doing some food shopping. He started to fell weak and turned pale and had a lot of chest pain and couldnt even walk so we went to the er at Jamaica Hospital and his blood pressure was 208 and it was just really scary because my dad was alomost at the point of a stroke so they transfered him to Long Island Jeweish Hospital were they did surgery to remove the blood line that was damged and remove the blood cloathes so his gonna be ok. Plz keep trying for him because the 24 hours are still crusial and just prayer for his well being. Just remember life shouldnt ne take for granded and dont let go of something you love

| Hey Am Back, The King Of Kings is back on His Throne, no am not talkin about Triple H, but about Me. It's been a long time since i was in xanga but alot tp talk about that i dont really have the time to talk about because well am about to go to class but things have been ok , life isnt always fair so the best thing you cna do is deal with it and keep moving forward, school is good i like my new schedule and I am still single so if any of you ladies out interested let me know, lol well I will talk to you guys later and its good be back on the throne,

| Well whats going on lately, things are good, cant complain, Talked to Christina in this wonderful place we call myspace and trying to fix things and hopefully be the friends we were back at St. Bennys, speaking of SBJL I found alot of people there the school and am very happy about that i found Krystal, Maria, Sean , Freddie, Annmarie and Christina, man i care alot about them and they were close friends at St. bennys, man thing are going good. Still single i dont my special someone but i hope i find her soon, well my munchers be good, be safe and take care, to better days,
