| my life nowadays is like a series of jokes. many moments are actually kinda boring. but then some moments are actually quite amusing. the point is that nothing in my life right now is too serious and that's how I like it for the time being. when i'm lucky, I get to laugh at something really hilarious and that, I can say, is when life is really really aawesommmeeee.
on that note, here's something funny: Many colleges and business's tend to strip the last name down to 6 characters and add the first and last initial to either the beginning or end to make up an E-Mail address. For example, Mary L. Ferguson = mlfergus or fergusml. They are just now beginning to realize the problems that may happen when you have a large and diverse pool of people to choose from. Add to that a large database of company/college acronyms and you have some very funny addresses. Probably not funny to the individual involved, however:
TOP TEN Actual E-mail Addresses
10. Hellen Thomas Eatons (Duke University) - eatonsht@dku.edu 9. Martha Elizibeth Cummins (Fresno University) - cumminme@fu.edu 8. George David Blowmer (Drop Front Drawers & Cabinets Inc.) - blowmegd@dropdrawers.com 7. Mary Ellen Dickinson (Indiana University of Pennsylvania) - dickinme@iup.edu 6. Francis Kevin Kissinger (Las Verdes University) - kissinfk@lvu.edu 5. Barbara Joan Beeranger (Myplace Home Decorating) - beeranbj@myplace.com 4. Amanda Sue Pickering (Purdue University) - aspicker@pu.edu 3. Ida Beatrice Ballinger (Ball State University) - ibballin@bsu.edu 2. | Friends are like television.
Some are like PBS and always asking for money or getting your hopes up for nothing. Others are like the news, with sad tales to tell everyday. Some are like that one station with the foreign language; you don't understand a word of it but you listen and watch anyway. And then there are the ones like the commercials, always changes, often pretty damn annoying and only seem to be there when you are bored.
But every once and a while you meet someone who's like a really good movie of the week or that one tv show you hardly ever get to see anymore because you're so busy. My point is hold on to the friends you care about...and since we don't have a remote control to mute someone or just change the channel, pick your friends carefully.

| How come guys are so hard to shop for? There are a gazillion gift options for girls that, even if its not what she really wanted, she could make use of (lotion, perfume, accessories, etc). For guys, however, you can try to be extra clever and get him some high-tech gadget thingamabob and if he doesn't have an immediate use for it, it almost for certain is gonna collect dust. gayzor. Anyways, I still have been able to get all of my shopping done. I have some important plans for 2007, but if they don't work out as I hope they will, I plan to join the circus.
Happy Holidays everyone =)
