| 126.gah im suddenly eating massive amounts. near binging. its like i reli want to eat but i dont even care to stop myself. tmr is a new day. must get laxatives to clear my system tmr.
ive had over 2000kcals today. it reli was a crazy day. i think i just needed a day of letting go. im writin down my intake to remind myself how gross i am. i'll start again tmr.

| 124.i have no idea how im losing weight hahah. but im still happy. yay 124. so i kinda lose 1lb every 2 days. hopefully this would keep up. still havent been doin any exercise hahaha. oh well i'm still happy. im hoping to be 123 by monday.
intake yesterday: b: yoghurt (50) l: rice with tomatoes n veg (400) s: 1 small cookie (40) d: a few pcs of pork n duck n some rice (300) total: 790. not too bad. but could have done better.

| 125.yay cant believe i maintained 126 yesterday and lost another lb today :D i ate less yesterday and that's all hehe. i ate very little today so hopefully 124 tmr. im not doing any exercise yet but i will startin from next wednesday. yes i will. yesterday's intake: b: 2 bites of bread (30) l: abit of pork n 2 tbsp of rice (150) tofu (100) s: sausage bun. yuck. (400) d: abit of tofu and pork (200) TOTAL: 880kcals :D

| 126.yay i lost 2lbs since yesterday.altho i had unhealthy food. this shows that i can probably lose weight fast since i gained it all super quickly. yep.
yesterday's intake: b: nth l: nth d: a few onion rings (150) rice with meatballs (350) abit of chocolate and egg salad toasts (100) bubble milk tea (300) s: 1 scoop icecream (100) total: 1000. probably sounds like alot but its not bad for a binge monster like me.
