Today i FAILED! Tomorrow i better do a lot better. Period.


I have been so bad lately. I am so fat right now. My friends don't understand. They think because i am short that i cant be fat. I only weigh 90 pounds but for someone my size thats fat. plain and simple. I have huge upper arms and i have huge thighs and i even have a gut and love handles. I am disgusting. I hate having sex with my boyfriend because i look so gross. I am determined to get Tan and weigh 80 pounds or less by February 16th (my turnabout). I am going to give a lot up to reach this goal. I have decided i am going to make myself a challenge so that i will keep going with it and if anyone wants to join i am all for it! i have a few rules for myself

1- Six 20oz bottles of water a day.
2- ONLY two meals a day
3- no food before 10:00am or after 8:30pm
4- at least 45 minutes of excersise a night
5- tanning at least 2ce a week until Jan. 26 then at least 3 times a week until Feb. 16

OK!!



i am starting over.

i have done so much with eating nothing.. then eating lots.. then nothing.. then lots.. i am going to do this healthily.. but i am going to do this!


i am super small so rather than saying how much i want to weigh, i am going to say how much i want to lose.


I want to lose 7 pounds of fat.
I want to gain a couple pounds of muscle.
I want to lose all my weight by July 20.
I want to get really really Tan


My plan.

I am going to give myself an eating plan for the week each week.. and i am going to follow through with it and then update weekly with my meal plans, and daily with how things go. Each day is going to have a thinspo picture as well.. (with my weekly plans and with my daily updates.) Weekly plans are posted on Saturdays or Sundays.

RULES:

MONDAYS= 1 free meal
No fatty foods
No greasy foods
At least 1 hour of exercise everyday except Saturday and Sunday
At least 15 minutes of excercise on Sundays.
At least 4 bottles of water/tea daily


THIS WEEKS MEAL/EXCERCISE PLANS!!

Sunday:
B:  2 pieces of canadian bacon and 1 scrambled egg (196 calories)
S:  1 serving of sugar snap peas and ranch dressing (50 calories)
L:  Salad (150 calories)
S:  Sugar Free Jello (10 calories)
D:  Anything under 250 calories
