2 Yogurts – 60+60

Small box of cherrios = 60 (10)

Tea with Honey = 40

So far = 510 +100(just in case) = 610


Output: Skating = about 150?

So Far:

Intake:
One pear - 121
A salad    - 35
Fat free dressing  - 80
(I know, I know, but I want to make sure that I don't binge AT ALL today)
Jolly rancher - 30?
Total = 266 + 100 to be safe = 366
**EDIT***
1/2 cup of yogurt - 100
Blueberries - 50
EDITTED Total: 516

Output:
2 hours of skating - not sure how much, probably at least 200.

516 - 200 = 316 net total


This is why I starve myself everyday. This is how I see myself when I picture my body in my mind. But when I look in the mirror, there's all this extra fat hanging off. I just want to be in reality how I actually feel.

                                                           I'll get there...

                A little bit of soup - 100 cals?
                Small yogurt - 90 cals
             = 560 cals, but I'll add 100 to be safe
             = 660 calc

Workout: 250 cals on tredmill
                150 cals on elliptical
                maybe 80 cals? Random weightroom stff
                = 480

Total for today Intake: 660 - Output: 480 = + 180 cals
Ok, not horrible, but not good either.
