The reason I am obsessed with my sleeping habits is that it's one of the only things I do:
The breakdown (hours per week):Working (includes reading and writing letters)= 50 hrs.
Walking to and from 'Beautiful Downtown Talkeetna' = 3 hrs.
Drinking = 10 hrs.
Eating (usually in Talkeetna and usually before drinking) = 6 hrs.
Aimlessly surfing the internet = 8 hrs.
Misc. = 8 hrs.
Buffer (times between events where I can't possibly get anything done)= 17 hrs.
Writing = 1 hr.
Sleep (or trying to sleep) = 56 hrs.
